Reviews mention

  • Transparent, traceable ingredient sourcing
  • Gentle, delayed‑release capsules
  • Pleasant mint or citrus essence
  • Smooth, non‑gritty protein powder
  • Overpowering minty capsule aftertaste
  • Occasional fishy vitamin burps
  • Mixed, inconsistent efficacy reports
  • Wasteful recurring plastic bottles

Ritual earns largely positive reviews for well-sourced, traceable multivitamins, easy-on-the-stomach capsules, and a mint or citrus essence that makes daily use pleasant; many users report steadier energy, less bloating with Synbiotic+, and prenatal tolerance. However, reviews also flag strong mint/fishy aftertaste, mixed efficacy (some feel no difference), occasional bloating or reactions, and sustainability gripes over recurring plastic bottles and hard-to-modify subscriptions.

  • These vitamins taste great and are one of the only brands I have tried that do not make me nauseous. I see a significant improvement in my mental and physical health when I am regularly taking the multivitamin.

  • Good for people who don't have regular medical checkups and thus don't maintain a healthy relation with vitamins and food

    Feedback

I personally felt it was expensive when compared to all the ingredients bought separately.

  • I've only ventured into their protein powders, but it is my go-to! I absolutely love it. Creamy mix-up without being too chalky as some powders do.

    Feedback

Customer service was great when I had an issue.

  • I take them every day and it’s super convenient! Taste is fine too.

    Feedback

    Adult gummies would be amazing.

  • Maybe I’m just not a vitamin guy? Felt nothing taking these. Also sometimes the capsules burst and there’s an awful fish taste that won’t leave your mouth for hours.

    Feedback

Capsule design should be less hard to break.

  • LOVE the concept, packaging, ingredients and minty taste of them when taking the supplement. No fishy taste going down. I did get fishy taste after it was consumed, though. But that could just be me!

  • Most multivitamins have given me stomach issues, but I can take these on an empty stomach. Kinda pricey but worth it.

  • I've been taking these for a while now and can feel a difference. i also can take them on an empty stomach

  • I'm a huge fan of Ritual and have been taking their essential multivitamin for a couple of years now. I appreciate the transparent science behind why they put in what vitamins/minerals they do into the capsules along with how traceable the ingredients are. It's convenient, decently affordable, and I really have noticed a difference in my energy after taking these. My skin and my hair have also benefitted. They also offer amazing flexibility when it comes to managing your subscription and bundling in other products.

    Feedback

The packaging is pretty wasteful considering they provide you a new bottle every month. It would be great to have an option where you're only sent the pills in a packet, or something like that so you aren't managing as much plastic.

  • Have been using their multivitamins for 2 years now and absolutely love!

  • They seem like a solid multivitamin, but nothing innovative beyond being DTC.

    Feedback

The packaging for a subscription model is super unsustainable. And they try to improve the taste with little scent tablets but it's still not great.

  • I love ritual. I compared to "care of" and and liked that this was a one stop pill

  • I like these vitamins a lot. I took the women's multi and felt it gave me slightly more energy throughout my days. However, I do not think they are fully worth the price point they are. There is not enough of a change to my overall well-being to justify and there are cheaper alternatives.

    Feedback

Drop the price or increase the wellness benefits.

  • I took ritual vitamins for a long time, probably 2 years. The vitamins are great: they look cool and don’t have a funky taste. You take 2 a day, which is fine, but since I take so many supplements I prefer to just take 1. I like them, I feel they function like any daily vitamin does, but it’s truly hard to tell if theres a difference when there’s other supplements in your routine.

The packaging bothers me. I feel like since it’s a subscription, there should be a limited packaging option where you only get the capsules in a recyclable ziplock, instead of accumulating so many bottles. I emailed them about this over 2 years ago actually. I wish you could buy larger quantities instead of a monthly 30 day supply. If I forgot to take them or something, it would always suck to have to remember to pause my subscription before I got charged. I personally don’t like subscriptions. I honestly feel for the price too I’d rather get the wellness formula from Whole Foods.

  • I liked the lemony taste and aesthetic branding.

    Feedback

The pre- natal upset my stomach

  • The scent of the pills gets old really fast and there’s actually not enough of any of the supplements to make a difference so I had to take additional supplements anyways. Nice packing though

  • I've purchased their prenatal vitamins and their essential protein and I really like both. The vitamins have a lemon scent which I've never experienced in a vitamin and makes the experience of taking them surprisingly enjoyable. I like that their protein has a transparent supply chain and ingredient origins.

I wish you could have longer time between deliveries for auto ship, it always comes faster than I need.

  • They're vitamins branded as modern DTC products. Nothing wrong with vitamins, but don't expect more than it is.

    Feedback

    Pricing.

  • Good product, don't love the branding.

    Feedback

bottle is plain, for something so expensive I expect more. Could also save more plastic by not sending an entire new bottle each month

  • Very easy to manage subscription service for vitamins that had great customer service. The quality of the products were great (I liked the small touch of adding something to the pill container that made the pills have a minty aftertaste.

    Feedback

These were somewhat expensive and I didn't feel any noticeable benefit of taking the vitamins consistently (not that I necessarily should). As I was looking to cut what I felt were unnecessary costs, this was one of the first on the chopping block.
