Don’t know where to start but I haven’t even received my night guards and I already have an outrageous review Long story short it took over a month for the product to be finished, all along that month I was assured , apologized to and informed uptenth times that they were moving locations During the back and forth emails I let them know that I was leaving town by a specific date and did not want the product sitting in a locked hot (100 degrees)mailbox at my residence for 2 weeks I was told finally that my order would be rushed and expedited so it can arrive on time Of course it did not happen, the day after I was told it was going out I received a notification that it was waiting for pick up by the USPS I was furious so I composed an email to the CEO of the company (I don’t fool around) He replied immediately and said it will be handled the next morning Next day…..crickets I emailed him again with all the updates of the package still sitting in Las Vegas awaiting pick up Again he replied that he forwarded to his support team Again nothing What a huge disappointment this has been and know the product will sit in a heat box for weeks The CEO Oscar Adelman should be appalled at this but I am sure he is not worried Worst t customer non- service I ever received!

I love how thin they are! I was using a football mouthpiece that was very bulky just to keep the grinding/clenching from hurting my teeth. Now I have these perfectly formed, thin pieces to wear at night and I don't worry anymore!

I’m a young business owner myself, and I literally never ever give bad reviews to other small businesses because I know what they’re going through. However, my experience with Remi changed that. I’m very conscious and concerned about my personal health, as is everyone else. When I lost my retainer, I was so bummed. I was also worried about my teeth moving too quickly and losing all the progress I had made with expensive braces. Remi gave me hope that I could get a new pair quickly and at a much lower cost. It’s been almost 6 weeks now, my orthodontist has identified that my teeth have moved already, Remi support will not reply to my update requests, and I legitimately feel scammed. I feel like this business model and marketing effort has resulted in the mere damaging of my personal health by giving me false expectations. I trusted Remi for over 6 weeks and I’ve personally paid for it with my teeth shifting and having to get new scans with my orthodontist as my initial ones won’t work. A lose lose. I am seriously beyond upset

I was a bit hesitant at first upon seeing some of the things others had to say but my personal experience with Remi has been stellar. Making the impressions was a breeze, a very helpful dental worker had a zoom meeting with me to make sure I did everything right then I just sat tight and waited a couple weeks. After I got my nightguards in the mail I wore them for about a week before they started wearing down a bit (this was on me since I chose the thinnest option). I got in touch with Remi and they set me up with a subscription so that I could get new nightguards whenever I needed for way cheaper. I asked if they could get me a thicker pair of nightguards and next thing I knew I was wearing them and I stopped waking up with that horrible jaw pain I was so used to. I would 100% recommend these, they’re way cheaper than the ones I was going to get from my dentist and I did everything from the comfort of my home. It’s a no brained if you ask me.

Finally, I am able to share my experience with Remi night guards after 3 months of using it. First of all, I didn't realize that the process of getting this product would be so easy as this is my first time. I was having trouble taking good impressions at first but glad they sent extra material with no additional cost and they even have a dental technician who assisted me in taking good impressions which was absolutely helpful. Secondly, they were in the process of moving to a new location which resulted a delay in delivering my night guards however, I was able to patiently wait and understood their situation considering they were able to explain to me the current status and was fully assisted by their support. Lastly, the night guards I received fits properly and helps protecting my teeth from grinding. I didn't get any issues wearing it. I am still comfortable using it until now but will do thicker one in the future as I feel I am really a heavy grinder than I thought and I use it at day as well. I might join remi club next time to save money. Overall, I am very satisfied with the custom night guards and great customer service they provided to me. I had a great experience with Remi. Highly Recommended!!!

You cannot reach them on the phone-email only. After multiple requests six months ago to cancel the account, they charged my card again this morning. I didn't want the original order and went through my dentist. REMI would not cancel my order or refund my money. I'm stuck with guards that do not work for me (REMI guards are for light grinding, not teeth clenching- they makes matters worse), and the company still charges me. They will not answer my requests for a refund. I didn't know how else to reach them other than reviews. I'm desperate for REMI to refund my card and cancel the account, and to never charge me again.

My bottom retainer was really loose. They had me take a video and said they’d send me a new one. Didn’t do a new mold but they adjusted it with my old mold. It came back and was still loose. After that they said I’d have to pay to get a new mold done. I commented on their Instagram after they stopped responding to my emails when I disagreed I should have to pay again. Then they blocked me on Instagram and Facebook when I commented on their posts.

Provide actual customer service and not block people who complain about your products. Or provide another mold rather that trying to adjust it on your own.

The company is a scam and their customer service is a joke. Also, they don’t follow Federal Trade Commission laws. Save your money and your sanity and don’t order from a company that won’t fulfill their orders accurately.

On my second set as first set were so loose they easily slipped off teeth. This new set took over 6 weeks to arrive. Apparently they have recently moved and orders are backed up. Customer service is so slow to respond. I am attempting to cancel my subscription because it’s not a product I can use.

Product didn't fit as well as Cheeky and my refill was never delivered. After waiting months after they charged me and sending several inquiries, they had many excuses that it was lost in shipping and that they moved to a bigger building but never actually made my replacement guards. Was left using the guard longer than the recommended 6 months and the plastic started to come apart in my mouth and they did not seem to care in the least.

I tried this company as a replacement for my existing mouth guard. The price itself isn't bad but I received a top and bottom mouth guard that didn't fit my mouth. I've been trying to go back and forth with their customer service and they won't remedy the situation without me paying for another pair. Let alone they go days between responses which is more time added to me getting my actual order corrected. I do not plan to continue any business with this company. 1) poor customer support 2) they won't even fix their mistake with me paying for it They will not honor the return system and or give me my money back NO THANKS

this is a great product if you like to spend money and never actually receive said product! placed my order march 29th and got an email saying it shipped the same day and an email with tracking info would follow and it never did! called them a million times and despite being in business hours it’s impossible to speak to an actual person, you only get the voicemail. the product could be great but who knows since you never receive it in the first place.

order from any of the other mouth guard companies out there i promise you they’re better. horrible customer support, horrible website navigation, just an overall horrible experience.
