  • They were great initially. Promptly sent my mold kit, helped me retake a second mold, replied after they received it, then NOTHING. After a couple of weeks I emailed to find out when I could expect my mouth guards. They said they were very busy, etc, but then also said my guards had just been completed abd they would send me shipping notice. Two more weeks and no shipping notice. I emailed them again. Their response was again how busy they are and also they’re moving to a new facility and things are hectic. Then a day later I receive an email stating my order was shipped and delivered; the address they showed is 2,000 miles away across the country from me. I have since sent 2 emails about this error, now I’m requesting a refund. NO RESPONSE.

  • This is looking like a scam. I paid $119. They sent me the impressions set right away. They responded to my impressions email with photos right away. I sent my impressions to them and the package with the shipping label they gave to me was sent back to me. I owed postage. I paid it and USPS gave it back to me. It now has a sticker with another address on it. I reached out to their email again, because you cannot call them, and guess who hasn’t responded!! And you can’t cancel the service. I’m going to have to cancel my card. Do yourself a favor and wear the $20 over the counter nightguard. If someone from Remi reads this, I want a refund. I will settle for half what I paid for the impressions set but I have little faith that will happen.

    Everything could be done better. Start with getting a phone service that answers calls….and answer your emails…and don’t scam people.

  • Absolutely abhorrent customer service and organization. I used a code for a purchase, which they then refused to accept. I spent $145 with them outside of the promotional code I obtained. I received the Ultrasonic Sanitizer and cleaning foam, but no nightguard kit. After several email inquiries over the course of a month about my product and promises of it's shipment, I then received an email stating my order was cancelled because I used a code I was ineligible for. If I was ineligible for it, why did it work? Why didn't an alert present stating so? They offered me a 20% discount if I wanted to re-order, which was a slap in the face because they had previously offered me 35% about a month prior via text message. I had backed out of a potential purchase from fear that this wouldn't be what I needed (should have followed my gut), and since I had entered my information, they were able to use it to text me. I then asked to return the products I did receive because clearly they are of no use, and they sent me the address in which I can return the products AT MY EXPENSE. So because they didn't honor a discount code, and I didn't accept their low offer and poor customer service, I have to lose money to return a product I can not use. I would have accepted a middle offer to correct their mistake, however, the poor treatment and communication in customer service instilled a mistrust and doubt in me with carrying any kind of subscription with their company.

  • Didn't even receive my order and it's a month now, customer service do not answer neither calls or emails. I think this is a scam!!!

  • I think it’s a great idea and I do like how much cheaper it is. The assistance with everything is great and the customer service is wonderful. I’ve only gotten one set and I’ll probably get another. HOWEVER, I have a lot of negatives… I have had a set from the dentist from about 15years ago that were just starting to get worn down and gross. So I went with Remi. I’ve had my set for 4 months and they’re already breaking and disintegrating in places that my old retainer never did. That’s why they say to replace every 6 months. When I first got them they were SO tight that it would give me headaches for the first two weeks I had them. Then my bottom set cut into my tongue making it swollen every morning. When I would bite down, my bite wouldn’t align so I had to hold my jaw at an awkward angle and that would hurt my jaw a lot, more than my grinding. I ended up wearing my old bottom retainer and my new top one. It took probably two months to get to a spot where I didn’t have to think about my bite and it felt normal. But then 4 more months and I have to get a new pair cause the old ones are falling apart. So I don’t think it’s cheaper than going to the dentist. Dentist you spend about $200-$500 for a set that lasts many years. At Remi you have to keep getting a new set every 6 months for an extra $50. Doesn’t seem worth it. I’ll get another pair and do a new impression to see if that helps but so far I’m not impressed with this product.

    I noticed that Remi doesn’t post any semi negative reviews on their website. I gave a similar review to this months ago but never saw it on their website. Guess they ignore the bad and focus on the good.

  • They may trick you into thinking they refund their terrible product after it comes warped, cuts your gums open, and it not being usable after 4 days, but no way. This company doesn’t even have a phone system you can call into, just a generic email from Chris saying touch luck. Do not pay a premium for this product, you’d be better off buying a sports mouth guard from Dicks Sporting Goods.

  • I paid my dentist over $400 for one guard. I thought it was fine. But then I found REMI for about $100, thank you so much. I was hesitant at first because you never know about online stuff!! These guards fit absolutely perfect and are much thicker than the one from my dentist. The customer service is amazing. I highly recommend REMI.

    It is hard to find anything wrong with this company. But, maybe you could return the final product quicker or at least send an email that you are working on it! (maybe once a week). If anyone is considering this brand....just go for it you will be pleased.
