I really enjoy my remi night guards. They are comfortable and I got used to wearing them after only a couple of nights. They stay in all night and I've been waking up with noticeably less jaw pain since using it. Comfortable & Does The Job!

This is just what I needed! These night guards have been a much needed solution to my nightly teeth grinding. These fit perfect and after waiting for an extended period of time, I'm happy to say that it did not disappoint me.

These are the most comfortable night guards. I have never gotten them made at the dentist, I had always used the moldable kind you buy at the drug store, but they were so bulky that I couldn’t sleep with my mouth closed and I’d get sore throats from breathing through my mouth. These are so thin and comfortable. I wasn’t sure how I’d like the lower teeth one but I love it. I use either the upper or lower depending on which one I grab that night. Both are comfortable. Turns out I don’t have a preference. These are obviously more expensive than the drug store version but they are completely worth it!

First off I want to say I was in the market for night guards after my previous ones were getting old and worn. I found Remi to be a great cost effective solution to what traditional guards were going for. The process is pretty smooth and simple and I had a customer service rep help me along the way. Based on my previous retainers that I probably kept for too long, I decided to sign up for the subscription service lowering the cost. In a world with busy days and responsibilities the selling point was an automated process without any mental effort required. Me likey no thinky. The retainers themselves work as intended and really there is no complaint as far as quality. The issue comes at the 6 month subscription point, where I was charged May 3rd for my next set. I didn’t receive them within two weeks which didn’t bother me, my old retainers were still working though starting to get dirty from nightly use but whatever maybe they take a little longer so I won’t think about it. It’s now June 29th and after sending them an email a week ago I received the response that other frustrated reviewers are receiving. A delay because of moving operations to a different facility. While I like to give them the benefit of the doubt, part of me is wondering why they wouldn’t plan for and continue operations while setting up a new facility. My more cynical side is wondering if they are running out of VC funding and/or defrauding customers to continue staying afloat in a higher interest rate environment. Okay, tin foil hat off now. We are either experiencing poor business operational planning or worse. Time will tell. Im giving a 3 out of 5 stars. The product itself and initial customer service were great, but delay in new guards is no bueno. Get your ish together Remi.

I purchased a night guards with Remi and I was surprised why I was charged for a new set of guards when I did not purchase a new one. I did not realized that it was a subscription order. I did not know the first order I had was with subscription. I don't need a new night guards for now but I will contact when I do. The night guards I ordered were still good. Good thing, I have an option to pause and to not totally cancel the account because I might need a new one in the future. I don't want to redo my impressions again. I love the product. I love how it works!

These night guards were a perfect fit! My dentist recommended a night guard, and I was excited to find this cost-effective option! Will order again and recommend this to my family and friends.

Although I love the product and have bought nightguards from them several times over the years, my latest experience has been very unsatisfying. They received my impressions on April 17, and it has now been almost 11 weeks without receipt of the new nightguards. I have written to them several times, and their response is always that they are running behind on order fulfillment. Very disappointing customer service.

As a small bisness owner, I like to post reviews of other small companies I try. Because I know how hard it is to keep up the good work. But it is worth to mention that this company has been an amazing experience. 13 days after they received my kit, they shipped my guards. I tried them the very first night, they were very comfortable and light not bulky at all and at a reasonable price.

They are fabulous. Years ago I spent $2,500.00 for a custom fitted lower night guard. It was thick and cumbersome. I broke it and it coast me another $$2,500 to get "refitted". I received my Remi lower night guards at a ridiculously low price. From day one, i was pleasantly surprise at how comfortable and well fitted both my night guards fit. Thank you so much for your custom work and incredibly low price. OH ya, and the auto replacement night guards every 6 months. Cant get better than that. Thanks again Remi!

I’m very disappointed that I ordered night guards back in April and we are almost in July and still have not received my order. I’ve been charged but no product. I was actually looking forward to my guards but oh well I will find another company. Their customer service is actually good!!!!

Having braces for 6 years and spending so much money for my teeth, I am glad I was introduced to this brand by a friend. It helped me save a lot in getting a retainer. I was not expecting it to work at first cause I thought It only works as a night guard but I was totally wrong. Wearing my retainer for 5 months already with no issues.

I did some research before actually purchasing this product. I read throught the good and the bad reviews and decided to give it a chance. Needless to say, I am beyond happy with this nightguards. For so long I would wake up with jaw pain, and even my neck would hurt. Not anymore. I ordered the remi kit, and got a personal appointment with a Dental Specialist that guided me through the process of the impressions. I sent my kit back and 3 weeks later, I got these amazing guards, not bulky at all, I can barely feel I have them. Yes it is true is taking longer than usual, but a nice lady in the customer service informed me about the delays and honestly, for the savings is worth the wait.
