Terrible service. Non existent. Have been waiting 2+ months for my guards and getting zero responses. Go with any other company

After using many different types of night guards, I tried Remi and found that 1) they are more comfortable than any night guard I've ever used and 2) they fit perfectly, and are low profile, meaning that I barely notice they are there, and they never fall out. Love these!

Best night guards with best pricing. I've order these 3 times and I end up losing them when I travel but they're always standing up to my grinding even with the thin material. I've paid 400$ from dentists. I love these things.

This is a lower-cost alternative to many other night guard/retainer options, and I couldn't be happier with the timeliness of the delivery, ease of ordering, and product quality. It came fast, and the instructions were easy. The company responded quickly to the pictures I sent for approval. The retainer is extremely comfortable, and they even send some teeth whitening product to put in the mouth guard/retainer. I will definitely use them again.

This is better then the ones I had done by my dentist!!!!! Saw the ads and was so skeptical it was going to be like all the others or worse!! I had a professional one made that was so rigid and didn’t last. Drug store ones were too bulky. Never got bite right. Too weirdly shaped. So much wasted money. The fit on this is amazing. Lightweight. Durable. Not awkward. Easy to clean. You can talk and be understood while wearing. Turnaround time was quick for something custom. I am so happy I invested in me. Best decision I have made. Great sleep. A+ company, great to work with. Thank you!! Jose M.

Been using my Remi nightguard for about a week now and it's simply great. Great fit, super comfortable. No more jaw pain in the morning. Wish I made the change much earlier.

I've worn nightguards from dentists 10 years now. These are thin, durable, and easy & comfortable to wear. As long as you follow the instructions from the Remi team, they'll give you great results.

These night guards fit better than my expensive custom guard from the dentist. I am a really strong clencher and chewed through my other guards quickly so the price for these is ideal. I love wearing both guards at once and even with both in my mouth I have more room than with my former custom guard.

The customer service is a joke. I received my last pair of retainers 2 months late even though they charged my account on time. I was never informed they would be late and had to reach out myself to customer service around the 4 week mark to find out. Then today they charged me again despite the fact that after finally getting the last pair, this pair is now 2 months earlier than when I need them. I submitted a form a week ago requesting a delay since the timing had been totally thrown off but they ignored it. Clearly, they’re most invested in charging accounts and not so much in the delivery of the product or adequate customer care.

Remi did an awesome job with my night guard. They provided me with resources online and in the box to help me craft an accurate impression, which they used to make a clean and clear night guard that fits perfectly. I have a big gap/missing tooth in my molars, and the night guard they made still fits perfectly. They also reached out to me during the making of my night guard with updates on the process, which shows me how seriously they take their service and quality of the product. I highly recommend Remi over any other provider of night guards/retainers, including dentists or other professional offices. Remi provides quality night guards at a fraction of the cost of other providers that are even still way better! Thank you, Remi!

Truly horrible customer experience. Have sent upwards of 5 different support emails asking for updates. Nothing back - just "we're currently experiencing delays with our Orders but please know we’re working as quickly as we can to deliver on our promise..." Order from literally any other nigh guard vendor. Horrible.

These were a great replacement for my invisalign retainer. The company also was super helpful making and remaking my trays to fit.

I've been using Remi for years. For clenchers and grinders like me - this is a no brainer. It fits like the expensive ones from the dentist, but for a fraction of the price.
