Great customer service. The night guards they manufactured and sent over are great!

Remi customer service went above and beyond. This was my first time with a mail-in night guard company and it was not only economical but also convenient. After my expensive dentist-made guard started to age, it was a no-brainer to try this before shelling out hundreds. Never going back :)

Getting a custom night guard was the best decision I ever made. And the whole process with Remi was so easy, and the ft is PERFECT. No more bulky, nasty microwave night guard! I can actually close my mouth while I sleep. Not to mention my jaw pain has reduced, and my tooth pain from clenching is completely gone. I love this retainer, worth every single penny.

I grind my teeth at night so night guards are a necessity. After spending WAY too much money at the dentist for a set guards, I researched around and found Remi. I have used them now for 3 sets and have nothing but good things to say! Their customer service has always been super helpful and answered my questions promptly. I’ve been able to use my original mold for all of my repeat guard sets. You can’t beat the price either! I’ve recommended Remi to any of my friends that are searching for a solution to their night guard needs! It’s a great company!

Great! I have no complaints. Guards are a perfect fit and I love that I could choose the thickness- I can tell these will last me a while and I have pretty severe teeth grinding at night. These also double as a retainer for me!! Amazed it was more affordable than a dentist too! Have already recommended these to friends and family. 10/10!

Remi has been amazing. Their custom night guards were so good, comfortable, and affordable that I chose to set up a subscription so I get a discounted pair every 6 months! If I need to skip a month, I always have the option too when I don't need a replacement yet. Their customer service is also outstanding. They inform you of charges and orders in advance via email and when I moved it was super easy for me to email them the new address and they fixed everything on their end! Couldn't recommend them enough!

I was clenching my teeth and causing damage and the dentist wanted to make me a night guard, but it was expensive. I found Remi and decided to give it a try. From the beginning the people at Remi were professional and helpful. Creating the mold does require you to really pay attention to their directions, but I got my bottom teeth first try, but did have to redo my top mold. That told me that they were being very precise. Well I got my guards and was so happy. I wear them every night and have had no issues and saved a lot of money but still got a top of the line product. The best part, is my hygienist wanted to see them and I brought them to my dentist appointment recently and she could not find one thing wrong with them. They the dentist came in to look at them while in my mouth and he could not find anything wrong with them either. I know this was not what they were hoping, but my hygienist did end up asking me the name of the company and said they were good quality and fit excellent. Thank you Remi your company does what they say they will do.

Terrible customer service. Didn't end up getting guards made because I kept messing up the molds somehow. Forgot that it was a subscription service, so months later I get billed. Ask if i can get a refund, since I never used their service. Was basically told nope, and they referenced their terms of use. Biggest red flag a company can have, will never use or recommend their service to anyone. Save yourself the hassle.

The actual product is fine but customer service is not good. I ordered a replacement. Got the bot ema confirming order and paid in full at time of order. A month later, I email them for the ETA. I get a response regarding supply chain issues etc and how they are working tirelessly on my order but have no ETA for me. So they take your money but they have no product to send you and no idea when they will provide it. This is very scammy. And I seriously do not appreciate them taking my money and having no intention of sending me what I paid for anytime soon. Get it together or get out of the market.

This company is AWFUL. The first mouth guard I received- the bottom guard didn’t fit. The solution they provided me with was to use toenail clippers and a nail file to make it fit. Fortunately the top guard fit so I just accepted the fact that the bottom didn’t fit and moved on with my life. Well 6 months later I have lost my mouth guard. i place an order for a replacement on 9/27. The email I received said the turn around time is 14 business days. It has been 27 business days. I have email: [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] asking about the status of my order. I have emailed 5 times and NO one is responding. I have called and no one’s picks up. This company is garbage and I am disputing this charge wit my bank.

Skip the rest, wasting your money...THIS IS THE BEST! Ok so after several failed attempts w the cheap do it yourself at home hot water/microwave ones… I caved and bought these! What a surprise! I wish I had done this sooner. It was so so so easy anyone could do it!! Makes me mad At how much the dentist office charges. They came quickly and were just perfect!! They also last a long time when taken care of properly! Can’t say enough good things about this Kit!! BUY IT!! If you are hesitating… don’t… buy it! You won’t be sorry!! From start to finish, it was so incredibly easy to do and the customer service is so great and responsive! I had been a lil worried after reading a few negative reviews but I just had to know for myself. i took a risk and it paid off!!

I do not recommend this company. The experience has been horrible. I had a problem with the 1st night guard getting to me, which is not there fault. However, I have tried to get in touch with them to get a replacement and I have yet to talk to anyone after 4 emails and 2 voice messages. Don't even attempt to call the number that is published on their site. They are "busy working with other customers" every single time. Horrible customer service.

I purchased a set of upper & lower mouth guards from Remi. They provided an informative and colorful kit with step-by-step instructions to guide me to making impressions of my teeth. I found it really easy to follow. Their process includes sending photos of the completed impressions to them to assess before mailing them to Remi. My customer rep was quick to reply and evaluate the photos. After mailing the impressions to Remi, the mouth guards arrived within about 10 days. And they kept me updated by email on my order status and answered all my questions promptly. Top-notch customer service! The mouth guards fit me perfectly. They are comfortable, light weight, and have helped my jaw relax at night. I noticed the positive impact after wearing a guard for only a few nights. They are durable. I've been wearing them now for over a year and they still look almost brand-new. These are a HUGE improvement over any drugstore option and the same quality you'd get from your dentist or orthodontist, at a much lower price. Don't hesitate to try them!

My experience with Remi has been disastrous from start to finish. And I am out the cost of retainers that I paid for. The whole process took two months. I finally received what were supposed to be retainers this week and they do not fit, they are loose, the mild/teeth are not defined so they will not hold my teeth in place and they are so thick that I can barely speak. I believe that they may be night guards instead of retainers. I reached out to support at Rene and was told to send a video. Every time I send a video my emails are returned, saying that the video is too large. It’s less than 20 seconds. I needed retainers two months ago when I ordered these. I would never order from this company, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I did not get what I ordered and no one will help me just a lot of polite lip service.

Better than over the counter night guards, but the thickest option is still pretty thin for someone who has moderate-severe bruxism/clenching.

Bought them, arrived very quick, was easy to use but I didn't do a good job with my 2 sets of impressions, they were able to send me 2 bottom retainers which works cause my bottom wire broke. I noticed the delivery address wasn't far from me so I emailed the ceo, they responded within 5 minutes and gave me a lot of info, great service. Cause of covid they take an extra week before shipping the plastic retainer. It fits very good, very tight. Highly recommend it over the $700+ one you'd get at the dentist or orthodontist unless you have great insurance

This product is perfect to keep from grinding your teeth at night with the same quality as the dentist night guards. Without the huge price tag! My dentist was impressed with how nice they were. Easy to make the impressions at home and they arrive quickly.

Got two sets of night guards and they are amazing, saves my teeth from being grinded down and they are super affordable! Customer service was great and I am super happy with what i got.
