I just received my first night guard from Remi and it works and feels great! Glad I went with the thicker version for grinding. It is durable and not as bulky in my mouth as the old one I had from my dentist.

Great customer service!! I struggle with my first moldings and once I sent in my photos I got a quick response. I set up a zoom call to get help. They walked me through how to get a perfect impression. Once I got my mouth guards, I haven’t had any mouth / teeth pain in the morning.

I ordered retainers, they sent me night guards. Would not give me a refund. My original receipt says retainers. The receipt I received when I got them says night guards. They are rubbery and flimsy like night guards. NOT RETAINERS like I asked. Won’t help me at all. I disputed my charge. They took it back. Scam company.

I couldn’t be happier with my Remi night guard! Not only was it easy to do the moldings but any questions I had, the Remi team was kind and prompt with useful information and help! The high quality material used for these have been a life saver! I have been grinding my teeth for years and have finally got relief! Cant recommend their night guards more! I use to get mine at the dentist. My only regret was purchasing them from Remi sooner. The quality is worth the wait as their technicians are crafting them for you. The whole process from start to finish was very simple. Remi provides you with all the information you need to get a successful mold in the beginning and shaped the guard perfectly.

I've been using night guards made by my dentist since 2017 but they were too pricey now with my new insurance. Remi is the most affordable, especially since it's covered by FSA/HSA. I will definitely be buying more next year when my FSA reloads. I will warn you that these are nowhere near as thick as the ones you will buy from the dentist but in some cases, that's not so bad. I wear these more often because they're thinner and don't make me gag at night. I like that I haven't spit them out in the middle of the night either! I wore one to work because I knew it was going to be a stressful day and I grind my teeth when I'm stressed, and no one even noticed it was in there. I was able to speak normally and not mess up my teeth or hurt my jaw. When I got the putty kits, I was having a hard time making impressions, but a very nice woman from Remi took the time to help walk me through the process via video chat and I was so grateful! Love Remi's product and love their support!

I love that these are personalized! They are very slim which is great because all others that I have tried have been to bulky and I could never keep them in all night! These were much more affordable than the ones my dentist recommended also so that was a huge plus! They are definitely worth the buy!

I absolutely love my Remi nightguard! I love how simple and quick it was to use the impression kit! All of the other Nightguards I’ve tried were to bulky these have a low profile design that allows them to be comfortable and effective! I no longer wake up in pain every morning! Thank you Remi!!

Impression kits came in the mail pretty quickly, and the instructions were very clear. You need to send photos to confirm they're done correctly, and if not they replace the kit so you can try again. If you really have a hard time, they also have videos or even virtual calls to coach you through the process. The night guards are a perfect fit, they don't move around at all or touch your gums like generic ones do. They lasted months of daily use before I considered replacing my set! Saving my impressions helped down the line too when I wanted to order another pair, saved me the trouble of doing the whole clay biting process again.

I like these night guards a lot. I got a bottom and top guard. The first mold set I sent in wasn't good enough to make guards, so they quickly sent me a replacement and scheduled a Zoom appointment to get help making a better set. I wanted a guard for the top and bottom to try both out. When I got my guards, the bottom one was a perfect fit. I was really impressed. The top one didn't sit flush with my back teeth, especially on my right side of my mouth. This was probably my fault from backing off the mold in my bite when making it. I let them know; they took the feedback and made me a better one. If I could give someone advice about making the molds, I would say that the (5 minute?) time limit includes the smaller time limits, so it's not as long in your mouth as you might think. That's what the person on Zoom told me when I had my appointment. Secondly, don't lift up or loosen your bite while you're making the mold. Once you bite down on the putty, stay there. You'll have better fitting guards that way. Thirdly, you don't need as much putty for your front teeth as you think, and you should try to put a little more putty for your back teeth. I forgot about my back teeth's widths, and didn't account for it the first time. Their customer service was fantastic every step of the way, and I now have a top and bottom guard that fit! I'm very happy with this company/service and would definitely buy from them again when these ones wear out.

As someone who works in dentistry, I wanted to see a cost friendly professional company that makes night guards and retainers easily for customers. The impressions were very easy to take, instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Great alternative to a $500 night guard from a dental office. This is the SAME exact night guard you would get in office, same material and quality for 1/5 of the price! Processing time is about a month, which is longer than in office which takes anywhere from 1-14 days. Overall I would definitely recommend this company and their products

Easy in-home impression kit. The guards fit perfectly. Real value compared to in office mouthguards. Best of all, they work.

Beware!!! This company is a scam & BBB can back up my statement. This company did not come through with the retainers I paid $126.00 for, they wanted me to wait 1 month more to do a zoom call to complete molds, after waiting 2 weeks to receive the molding material. I wasn't willing to wait any longer & requested a refund. I received an email stating I'd receive a refund if I returned all supplies (which I did), then after 8 days I received an email stating I was refunded $61.00...they want to charge me for their lack of organization/professionalism. I did my part, I paid, agreed to do zoom...then when I realized I'd be 1 month more due to their scheduling issues, and not being able to move forward with order until required zoom call, I was done with the whole messy company. Stay away from these scammers, be sure to check the BBB for the LONG list of unsatisfied customers they already have in the 3 years they've been in business.

At first, I wasn’t wearing it a lot because it was uncomfortable but later on I got used to it. But the night guard is definitely a lot more comfortable than the over the counter ones.

Very prompt customer service. I love my night guard, it is light weight and a perfect fit. I will definitely stay with Remi.
