Absolutely nobody else compares to REMI!!! They have completely changed my life and improved my dental hygiene sleek fit not too bulky and comfortable as well as affordable

Great customer service (although not always the most timely - had to wait weeks to get a virtual appt) that was abel to help me get the correct impressions. After my first set was not cleared (via photo/email), Remi sent another impression kit (free) with the condition that I schedule a virtual appt to make the 2nd set. Unfortunately, the only available appts were WEEKS out. So I had to wait even longer before I could get my night guards. The appt was successful and I was able to ship my impressions out the next day. I do feel like the wait to the receive my impressions was also exceptionally long. Once I did receive them, however, I was very pleased! I got the middle width and they are MUCH thinner than any other night guard I've had (either through my dentist or another company). Super comfortable!

TWO KITS INTO THIS THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME FOR A RENEWAL WHEN I HAD YET TO RECEIVE EVEN THE FIRST GUARD. WHEN I EMAILED (THREE TIMES IT TOOK FOR A RESPONSE) A RETENTION SPECIALIST EMAILED ME CITING FINE PRINT IN MY FINAL PURCHASE THAT I AGREED TO BE CHARGED FOR 2 GUARDS BEFORE CANCELLING MY SERVICE. I RECEIVED NO SERVICE AND NO GUARDS. IM OUT OVER $200. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND EVEN A PARTIAL REFUND. THEIR ANSWER WAS SENDING A THIRD KIT. I STARTED THIS PROCESS IN FEB AND ITS AUGUST I HAVE NO SERVICE/GUARD AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED OVER $200. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABYSMAL AND THE REVIEWS I HAVE FOUND ARE SCRUBBED TO MAKE THEM LOOK POSITIVE BUT ANY TRUE REVIEW WILL TELL YOU THIS SERVICE/BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. A COMPANY THAT IS GOOD AND HAS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T NEED A RETENTION SPECIALIST AND FINE PRINT THAT LOCKS YOU INTO CHARGES WITH NO PRODUCT/SERVICE. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS FRAUD.

I really enjoyed the night guard and the process to get it. You get 2 night guards, I got top and bottom, and they fit really well. The process of doing the impressions is also really good, you schedule a zoom call and they are super helpful. Customer service also responds very fast. Overall very happy with the night guard and the company, giving 5 stars!

Quality product for a great price. Saved me time and money. Orthodontist was asking for well north of 300$ for a retainer replacement. Remis are better quality, and are a fraction of the cost.

Completely disappointed with this company, they cannot even return phone phone calls. Tell me that they can’t use all my impressions and have me waiting for a night guard that is never arriving. I would like a full refund, but from reading all the complaints, they will probably charge me again for nothing. I’m glad I didn’t get the subscription and just tried it out first.

months ago. I never returned the kit. I was charged in Nov 2023 a little over $96 and didn’t notice it, I was charged again this month and caught it. I went to cancel online but didn’t have an account set up with them ( another clue) so I created one and tried to cancel but couldn’t do it online. I reached out to them and was promptly answered denying my request, I wrote back explaining that I never sent back the kit so why were they charging me? Their response is below. They have now taken $96.00 2 times with no services rendered. I guess I code club when I checked out, which I didn’t even remember but without ever sending in the kit why did they keep charging me? Anyway, I just think it is a crappy way to do business and feel very taken advantage of. Yes, part of this is on me, I bought the kit, but the ongoing charges and refusing to refund just this one as it was all I was asking for, I didn’t even ask for a refund for November because I didn’t catch it is just a money grab. A stand up, customer centric business would refund both months since they did nothing and had no out of pockets costs, but they aren’t so they didn’t. Here is their 2nd email response if you are interested. On Aug 14, 2024, at 8:29 AM, Remi Support wrote: Hi Jaime, Thank you for reaching out. When you first made your purchase you selected the Remi Club option instead of the Remi Single, and this includes a subscription to the Remi Club which sends a set of guards using your saved impressions for applicable taxes every 6 months. Our terms and conditions are accessible on our website throughout the checkout process. By finalizing your purchase, you automatically consent to these terms. To cancel your subscription, you must complete at least one recurring order. Here are your only options: Since you recently got charged for one recurring order, you are now eligible for account cancellation with no refund and reassured that there would be no future recurring charges. Return your finished impressions so we can create your initial pair of guards that you initially paid for and after 6 months we will send you another pair of guards that you recently got charged for. If you're willing to return your finished impressions, kindly inform us beforehand so we can send you an updated return label. If you don't want to use the subscription, you can transfer it to someone else who needs it, like a friend or family member. That way, you still get your money's worth. Also, if you cancel and later decide to restart, you will need to purchase a new kit at full price and go through the impression process again. I just received my first night guard from Remi and it works and feels great! Glad I went with the thicker version for grinding. It is durable and not as bulky in my mouth as the old one I had from my dentist.

Great customer service!! I struggle with my first moldings and once I sent in my photos I got a quick response. I set up a zoom call to get help. They walked me through how to get a perfect impression. Once I got my mouth guards, I haven’t had any mouth / teeth pain in the morning.

I ordered retainers, they sent me night guards. Would not give me a refund. My original receipt says retainers. The receipt I received when I got them says night guards. They are rubbery and flimsy like night guards. NOT RETAINERS like I asked. Won’t help me at all. I disputed my charge. They took it back. Scam company.

I couldn’t be happier with my Remi night guard! Not only was it easy to do the moldings but any questions I had, the Remi team was kind and prompt with useful information and help! The high quality material used for these have been a life saver! I have been grinding my teeth for years and have finally got relief! If you are looking for a high quality and affordable product, Remi has you covered!!

Cant recommend their night guards more! I use to get mine at the dentist. My only regret was purchasing them from Remi sooner. The quality is worth the wait as their technicians are crafting them for you. The whole process from start to finish was very simple. Remi provides you with all the information you need to get a successful mold in the beginning and shaped the guard perfectly.

I've been using night guards made by my dentist since 2017 but they were too pricey now with my new insurance. Remi is the most affordable, especially since it's covered by FSA/HSA. I will definitely be buying more next year when my FSA reloads. I will warn you that these are nowhere near as thick as the ones you will buy from the dentist but in some cases, that's not so bad. I wear these more often because they're thinner and don't make me gag at night. I like that I haven't spit them out in the middle of the night either! I wore one to work because I knew it was going to be a stressful day and I grind my teeth when I'm stressed, and no one even noticed it was in there. I was able to speak normally and not mess up my teeth or hurt my jaw. When I got the putty kits, I was having a hard time making impressions, but a very nice woman from Remi took the time to help walk me through the process via video chat and I was so grateful! Love Remi's product and love their support!

I love that these are personalized! They are very slim which is great because all others that I have tried have been to bulky and I could never keep them in all night! These were much more affordable than the ones my dentist recommended also so that was a huge plus! They are definitely worth the buy!

I absolutely love my Remi nightguard! I love how simple and quick it was to use the impression kit! All of the other Nightguards I’ve tried were to bulky these have a low profile design that allows them to be comfortable and effective! I no longer wake up in pain every morning! Thank you Remi!!
