The whole process was straightforward, and I’m happy with the final product. The guard fits comfortably and securely.

I have a positive interaction with Remi so far. My first set of impressions were not good, nor my second one. Remi immediately sent me another set and with help of dentist in a zoom session, I did my 3rd set. Unfortunately, my lower impression was still not good. Remi again is sending me another impression kit. I am still waiting for it, but so far in the process, I am getting the support that they claim to offer. I have not seen the final product, but the customer service so far is top notch.

I would definitely recommend a zoom appointment with a dental assistant. I would also recommend the video tutorial. I tried two attempts unsuccessfully so I made the appointment for the third try. My dental assistant was awesome. Even after watching the video tutorial, she added hints to improve the overall experience. Also recommend doing the zooms meeting in front of a mirror. The notifications about the process once mailed back are also amazing. I have not received mine yet but just received notification that they are in the lab.

Several years ago I had a very expensive mouth guard made by my dentist to help with jaw pain caused by clenching. Unfortunately it got mistakenly thrown out in the trash. I saw an ad for Remi Night Mouth Guards and decided to give it a try since it was much more cost effective than getting a new guard through my dentist. I have to say I had my doubts, but they were quickly alleviated. From completing the molds with the help of a dentist over a zoom call until my guard was received, the entire process was seamless. When I received the guard it was very tight and I had difficulty removing it. I was especially concerned because I have crowns and was afraid the guard would loosen the crowns if it was too hard to take out. I contacted Remi customer service and they could not have been more helpful or kind. They quickly remade the guard in a more flexible material without charge and sent it out to me right away. The guard fits perfectly and is totally comfortable. I am able to wear it every night, and not only do I sleep better, but my jaw pain is gone. If you are considering Remi, but are a bit skeptical like I was, please take my advice and try it! I saved hundreds of dollars by using Remi instead of my dentist and could not be happier! This is an excellent company and I highly recommend Remi!!!!

I’ve been with Remi for a couple years, after my dentist quoted me over $600 for a single night guard. A quick google search led me to Remi, and I’ve never looked back. Their customer service is quick and friendly! The products are top notch. I’ve had several night guards, and also use their ultra sonic cleaner. I have recommended them to several friends and family members, and will continue to do so!

Absolutely love my nightgaurds. A few years ago my hygenist off handed mentioned gum recession with clenching. I knew I clenched in my sleep because I would wake up like that. So I asked her some questions and she suggested nightgaurds but suggested finding an alternative to getting the from the dentist bc of price. I found Remi and have been using them ever since. They have saved my teeth and gums. Ever my sensitivity is less since I've been wearing them nightly.

My old guard had become uncomfortable, so I decided to try a new one. This feels like a nice upgrade.

I wanted something I could put in and forget about instead of constantly adjusting it during the night. After getting used to it, I barely notice it anymore. It stays in place well and has become part of my nightly routine.
