When I reached out for help, I was told the warranty is only 45 days, which is shockingly short for an electronic product that is meant to be part of a daily routine. Instead of offering solutions, repair options, or even advice, customer support simply directed me to buy another one. That is not support, that is a cash grab. The dismissive response was even more disappointing than the device failing so quickly. If you are considering this product, be aware that the durability is questionable and the company does not stand behind it. I will be purchasing from a different brand that values both product quality and customer care.
