Reviews praise soft, breathable natural fabrics, flattering cuts, and long‑wearing sheets and accessories, while noting hit‑or‑miss quality control, cashmere pilling, inconsistent sizing and color matching, thin or sheer fabrics, and occasional fabric shedding; some also criticize dupe-like designs. Overall, Quince is good for timeless staples if buyers accept variability.

  • The Quine Cashmere Wrap is pure luxury. It’s incredibly soft, cozy, and lightweight at the same time, so it feels amazing to wear without ever feeling bulky. I love wrapping it around me on chilly days or even just draping it over my shoulders, it instantly makes me feel polished and put together. The quality is obvious, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite wardrobe pieces for both comfort and style.

  • I purchased the sweater in ivory, size medium. The material is very soft, though thin. I like the fit it isn't too oversized and it so far hasn't pilled like other reviews said it might. I heard they changed the way it is made to reduce pilling. My only qualm is that the ivory is a bit sheer so you have to wear something dark underneath.

  • This linen bedding set is pure comfort. It’s incredibly soft, breathable, and feels like a gentle hug — exactly what I’ve needed while spending extra time in bed postpartum. The relaxed, natural look makes my room feel calm and beautiful, even on tired days. Truly the perfect mix of cozy and elegant. My husband who runs very warm at night, LOVES the linen feel and says that the material is not too heavy but just right!

  • The Quince products I've tried are pretty good quality for the price, particularly the 100% cotton fisherman sweater (though I wish the length and sleeves were a touch shorter - I'm 5'4" and wearing a medium) and the woven leather crossbody (not pictured). The silk blouse and cashmere tee are both a bit on the thin side, and between that and having to hand wash them, I don't wear them as often as I'd hoped. The sweater was my most recent purchase and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it shipped. It was shipped from California and I didn't have any tariff issues, which I'd been a bit concerned about.

  • It's hit or miss with Quince. You know if you're buying from here it's probably not going to be the highest quality - it's a cheap version of the 'high quality'. I've also had some issues with fulfillment and shipping. Overall, not a horrible purchase though.

  • I purchased shoes, pants and fine jewelry from Quince and I am extremely pleased with all. After this purchase, I would like to try out their home goods and vitamins as well! The earrings are lovely – exactly what I was searching for: 14K Gold Classic Hoops that I could sleep and shower in; therefore they had to have a comfortable and secure back. These 100% fit the bill! Loving them so far... curious to see how they hold up with many showers over time. The corduroys I purchased are so great too! They fit perfectly and let me tell you – they are so soft! They feel substantial in comparison to previous pairs of J.Crew cords I've owned. They also had so many colors to choose from. And finally, my shoes. I wanted a slip on house shoe / slipper that I could wear outside with the dog. I knew I was looking for a Birkenstock style and landed here due to costs. Very happy with these as they are comfortable as heck (and the price can't be beat)! I love the transparent pricing that Quince stands behind. And 365 days to return? You can't go wrong! Definitely going back for more.

  • I bought the linen duvet from Quince for a fraction of the cost of some of the other websites and I’m extremely happy with the quality. When it’s warm I take the insert out and use it as a light blanket. When it’s cold I add an insert for extra warmth.

  • These Quince bamboo sheets are heavenly. They’re buttery soft, lightweight, and instantly cool when you slide into bed. I’m a hot sleeper and these have made a huge difference — no overheating, no sweating, just genuinely comfortable sleep. The quality feels so luxe, especially for the price. After washing them several times, they’ve held up beautifully and somehow feel even softer. Highly recommend.

  • I adore these sheets! We cosleep with two babes and the way they've lasted through postpartum, all the fluids that come with babies + maintained their softness is incredible. I wash them in Branch Basics and dry them in the sun and they've stayed sooo fresh and nice I feel like I have brand new sheets every laundry day.

  • I had been eyeing the Double-Faced Merino Wool Scarf Coat on Quince's website for awhile. When it was discounted by $50, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased it. I got it in both the Oat (in S) and Cocoa Melange (in XS) colors because I couldn't decide and also didn't know which size would be best. Ultimately, I kept the Oat in S because the fit was better, and I felt the color would match more of my current wardrobe. While the jacket is slightly thinner than I expected, the quality is still great. The return process for the brown one was simple, easy, and free!

  • I bought these sheets two years ago. I love the look and feel but the stitching is starting to come undone around the elastic on the fitted sheet and it's starting to feel threadbare in the spot where I sleep. For $200, I expected linen to hold up better than that. Seems like some corners might have been cut in the production process.

  • I love love love my new sheets! The initial handfeel is a bit rough, but I like to wash my sheets before using for the first time and afterwards, they were noticeably softer. I only use the matching pillow covers for decorative purposes, but the fitted sheet is wonderful to sleep on. My husband even commented on how he likes them too and he usually doesn't notice this type of thing.

  • I love the price for the cotton sweater. The material is soft and comes in a variety of colors. I do wonder about longevity, because the first time I washed & dried the sweater, it seemed to stretch out a bit along the hem. However, I've started washing it on gentle cycle and that seems to have helped. The rain coat has pockets and the drawstring helps give the jacket some structure. It's a touch longer than I would usually buy, but everything else considered I am happy with the purchase.

  • I’ve heard that some of Quince’s sustainability claims may be more marketing than reality, so I take them with a grain of salt. That said, their price point and overall quality are impressive for the cost. I’ve had good experiences with their linen pieces—both the clothing and bedding feel soft, breathable, and hold up well over time. Their clothing can be hit or miss, though. I bought a winter coat that feels incredibly well-made and keeps me warm even on freezing days, and a sweater I love for both its cut and feel. On the other hand, a pair of jeans I ordered felt very thin and cheap, so I ended up returning them. The Merino wool socks pilled after the first wear, but they are warm and comfortable. I really wish Quince had physical stores so I could see and feel items in person before buying. Still, their generous return policy helps make online shopping with them pretty low-risk.

  • I purchased a silk midi dress, a crop halter top, and wool blazer. I have been really impressed with the quality of each product. The shipping is also very prompt and easy to return. The issue I have is with the fit of the cropped halter top which was off. Another aspect of the brand I do not enjoy is the countless email I receive from their marketing department. The socks are great for the quantity and quality of the 12-pack! They have held up well in the wash over multiple uses. I love a leather bag I got from them which is really high quality!

  • When “Affordable Luxury” Misses the Mark I have a love-hate relationship with Quince. Their linen shirts are everything they promise — breezy, timeless, and quietly luxurious. But their bedding is another story entirely. I ordered the organic cotton percale sheet set. They check all the right boxes on paper, clean, non-toxic, and crisp, everything I usually appreciate. But they simply don’t wear well. The more you wash them, the thinner they become. The sheets wrinkle easily, forgivable for pure cotton, but the wear tells another story. Months later, they look a decade old. When they first arrived, they looked beautiful smooth, fresh, and almost hotel-worthy. Now, only a few months later, they look as though I’ve had them for a decade. It’s a huge letdown. I respect Quince’s mission to make affordable luxury accessible, but in this case, the luxury didn’t last. I deeply admire Quince’s mission to make luxury sustainable and accessible, and their environmental standards are worth celebrating. But this time in the pursuit of affordability, something essential got lost, longevity and real value.

  • I liked how many different products Quince offers; I also liked that their products are always giving premium feeling yet still relatively affordable. Their products are also quite timeless and made to last.

  • I've owned linen sheets all my life – most of the sheets that I use regularly are from Brooklinen, imported from Portugal, or Parachute but these options are all on the pricier side so I thought Quince would be a great alternative. The quality is as good as Brooklinen and I prefer the duvet closure on the Quince set vs the Brooklinen. Brooklinen's buttons are on the outside of the duvet and sometimes hit me in the face when I'm sleeping compared to the Quince ones which are hidden and folded inside. I like that they're hidden, it looks a lot cleaner. However, my two qualms with this product are: 1. I wish there was an option to choose which pillow type you can buy with this set – side opening vs back envelope since there's this option with the European linen set. Or with the Brooklinen pillowcases, there's a side envelope but there's a little fold to keep the pillow from falling out. 2. Secondly, and the most important, is that the colors of their set don't match! I ordered the European sheet set in Sand and the Duvet cover set in Sand at the same time. When it arrived, the colors were very different straight out of the package. (noted in the picture) The Duvet was more of a grey taupe color and the sheet sand was more of a darker beige color which was really frustrating. Even after putting it through the wash, as customer service recommended when I reached out to them, it didn't change much. I ended up exchanging both for the white Linen Duvet and Linen Sheet set which was an easy process and I'm very happy with my purchase. The white color is more of an ivory white than a pure white, but regardless, it's a classic and you can't go wrong with white sheets!

  • I've purchased a lot of their linen products from sheets to dresses as well as their denim and leather bags and have been impressed with all of it. I always appreciate a brand that carries Petite and Tall sizing. The only issue I have ever had was their bathing suit sizing, which I found to be incredibly off. They have an easy returns/exchange system however.

  • I'm a Quince evangelist. I own quite a few things from the brand and have gifted or recommended their products to many. I think a lot of their clothes trend taller in length and they don't have anything petite, which is why you should read the reviews thoroughly, or order things to try them if you're not sure. I'd love for them to offer some products in petites. - I love their silk products, although I still don't machine wash them because I'd like to have them for a while. A lot of their dresses have pockets, which is great. - Their leather is also really nice. My partner and I both have the leather Apple Watch straps and I get compliments on them a lot. I also got the Italian leather tote, which is a pretty good dupe for the Carl Friedrik Ashby tote, and really liked it. The leather was really nice and the nylon interior was easy to clean off. I only upgraded because I'm a mess and needed a bag with a zipper on the top.
