Would recommend
PYM mood chews are great. I love that I can keep them in my purse and take them whenever I want to improve my mood. PYM contains adaptogens to help support a positive mood and it really helps me. I take it whenever I have anxiety or just need a more positive mood. They’re delicious and vegan!

Pricey, but I can’t fault the brand for that because any legitimate, highly absorbable magnesium supplement is, especially if it includes magnesium three ate like this does. I don’t know about all the impacts it claims to have on mood but I do feel a bit sleepier when I take it. Tastes good too, but that’s not a significant concern of mine. If you can afford it, I would recommend at least considering it.

Would recommend
I've been taking PYM chews for around 6 months now. They taste great and I really do think they mellow me out, especially on days when my ADHD medications make me a little too frazzled. They also do same-day delivery in the city and I got them an hour after I placed my order!
