  • I’m really disappointed with my experience with Province of Canada. I purchased their kids’ terry cloth pants and they ripped at the knee after very minimal wear, which is completely unacceptable for children’s clothing especially at their price point. Kids’ pants should absolutely be able to handle normal movement and play. What’s most frustrating is how this was handled. Instead of standing behind the quality of their product, they refused to replace the item and only offered either a 50% refund or 100% store credit. In other words, I’m expected to absorb the cost of a defective item or spend more money with them. When a product fails this quickly, the right response is a replacement or full resolution not passing part of the loss onto the customer. I expected much better quality and much better customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would be hesitant to purchase from them again.

  • Ordered a lovely Oxford stripe shirt. Quality was beautiful, packaging was gorgeous. Decided I had ordered the wrong size and they couldn’t have made the return easier if they tried. Big fan of the ethos of the company and will order again next time I need new sweats or a cute ball cap.

  • this is the best Canadian clothing brand (sorry R***s) on the market. I am so in love with everything that they release and they have done tasteful clothing that displays Canadian heritage in a non-pretentious way. Their sizing is inclusive which is a lovely sight to see. Plus their clothes really last a while after several washes. I don't even like socks like that but I could live in their wool socks. Also their baby selection is great for any newborn!

their stuff can be a little pricey but also justified since they make everything locally.

  • Incredible quality, everything made in Canada, knitted locally. Can't go wrong with a pair of their terry sweatpants! Highly recommend.

  • Appreciate very much that this brand has gone out of their way to produce their products locally and ethically and for the most part the products themselves are good quality.

At times, due to their policy on everything being unisex, their sizes do run a bit large however.
