This set was kindly gifted by prose in exchange for my honest review. To start, I thought the quiz was detailed and asked good and relevant questions. I like the idea that the products would be directly catered to my skin’s needs. The packaging on the product is lovely and really elevates the experience as well. All that said, I wasn’t particularly impressed with the products themselves. The cleanser doesn’t lather at all, which doesn’t leave my skin squeaky clean the way I prefer. The serum and moisturizer are fine, but I didn’t see any noticeable results. The fragrance in the product is not my favorite either. The idea is great, but I think the formulas would need to be remarkable for it to be worth it for me.

I love personalized skincare because it’s made to fit individual needs. Every product is formulated just for me, to address my skin's needs and my skin responds so well to it. The packaging is beautiful, and seeing my name on it adds a special touch that makes the experience more special. My skin really likes these products.

I am always hesitant at first when it comes to skincare, because I have acne-prone skin. I never know if certain products are going to make my skin purge. Each product was customized for me based off the quiz I took. Starting off with the cleanser, it's a solid, gentle acne-safe cleanser. I liked that it had mild surfactants, so it won't strip my skin. It has niacinamide + panthenol, so it is calming for my skin - all together no pore clogging ingredients. The serum, it's definitely good but not really acne-focused enough for me. It does contain hyaluronic acid... so it's definitely hydrating. Now the moisturizer, I wasn't sure of because of the rosehip oil + sunflower oil. I was extremely iffy to use due to possibly clogging my pores. Overall - these products are good. I use the cleanser still daily, and I'm gradually working the serum + the moisturizer into my routine once my acne clears up. Gifted by prose

Custom formula actually works for my fine hair! No weigh-down, roots stay clean longer and less shedding over time. Consultation is easy and extremely thorough, which I appreciated. Takes weeks to see results, but worth the price!
