I really enjoyed their dry shampoo. It was customized with my name on it, with sustainable packaging. Dry Shampoo did not leave my hair oily or clumped up, which is a plus for an oily person like myself.

I like how you can customize what to put into the skincare formula and also the scent as well. I however find the skincare formula to feel sticky on the skin.

I feel like this brand is overrated. I think customized products are the current big phenomenon but that doesn't make them inherently better, I think it's just a cool trend that will pass. I feel like the products they gave me weren't revolutionary for my hair or anything like that.

These skincare products have a very strong smell to them. As someone with sensitive skin, I would not recommend it as it may cause irritation, but it may work for others.

I don't get sucked in by these brands that push the narrative of clean ingredients. Its a great premise, but they end up just being plant based and over priced.

I have ordered Prose's shampoo and conditioner a few times. I have medium to thick hair, and I perm and bleach them every year. My hair felt clean and smelled AMAZING after using Prose. Unfortunately I don't think the product was able to restore and nourish my hair. Overall a very positive experience, just wasn't for me!

I honestly found this brand so boring. It made my hair feel nice, but it was just eh for me. If I want to spend all that money, I will find a brand that makes my hair feel amazing. I do not reccommned it.

great products, love the styling creams! especially for curls

Ordered a set (Shampoo, conditioner, curl cream and leave in conditioner) to try out and used for about 2-3 weeks, it was just ok and didn’t feel like it was anything better than I could buy in stores. The personal touch and packaging was nice, however I didn’t feel like it made my hair softer, better etc. so I did not repurchase.
