Their customer service is definitely slow to respond. And there’s no email heads up to give you the option to delay or skip your upcoming shipment.

I love these sleep supplements. They come with a complementary session with a sleep coach, which is great because we should have a more holistic approach to sleep. These supplements don’t contain melatonin, which is so great. They gently lull me to sleep rather than knocking me out. But again, I need to emphasize: I work hard at having a consistent sleep routine. Some nights, I fall asleep without these, which I think is a good sign as well. 

They also have a really smart refill plan where they send refills in pouches. It doesn’t feel as wasteful, especially since these come in beautiful glass bottles with heavy metal caps. 

The supplement is great, but the 1:1 coaching wasn't that helpful. They told me a bunch of things I already knew.

This supplement actually really helped me sleep better. I have trouble falling asleep sometimes, but if I take Proper ~45 minutes before I want to go to sleep I have no problem. The only problem is that I feel a little groggy if I don't have 8 hours to devote to sleep.
