This supplement actually really helped me sleep better. I have trouble falling asleep sometimes, but if I take Proper ~45 minutes before I want to go to sleep I have no problem. The only problem is that I feel a little groggy if I don't have 8 hours to devote to sleep.
The supplement is great, but the 1:1 coaching wasn't that helpful. They told me a bunch of things I already knew.
