BUYERS BEWARE!! SCAM OF A COMPANY!! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Took over a week to get a response back about a defective item. I was told a wavy zipper, one handle taller than the other and a bag that sits sideways on a supposed top graded bag is in line with their standards. Makes sense I guess since their company seems to have no standards. I was told I should have purchased insurance - since I received a bag that was graded incorrectly I would have been able to return for free. Excuse me? I should have paid for insurance when I bought it. That way if I receive a bag that they incorrectly graded, I can return the defective item “for free”. But since I didn’t pay the extra fee when I purchased I need to pay $15 to return a $60 item. This is fraudulent business practices. Your company makes a mistake and you make the buyer pay to return your garbage merchandise? I will make sure I tell everyone how you run your company and treat your customers.

Unfortunately in the shipping process the wallet u ordered went missing, so by the time the customer service got back to me I had already found another option, I do like my bag and plan on purchasing more items.

I ordered the heeled Mary Jane (black, 8.5) and Chelsea boot (cognac, 8.5) during the leap day BOGO sale. I’d been eyeing the shoes for a year so I was more than excited for this perfect opportunity to purchase. I loved the Mary Jane’s once they did arrive and I was happily surprised that they actually fit true to size. My one (rather big) complaint is that the website/company seems to have issues with mislabeling their restocks during/soon-after a sale. The Chelsea boots were mistakenly labeled as in stock during the BOGO sale and they issued me a discount code to use at a later date. A couple weeks later, the boots seemed to be restocked so I placed another order and that order was cancelled again to mislabeled stock.

I have a few bags and SLGs from PLG! They are SO durable - I can take them out in any weather and they age beautifully. The leather smells great and is really soft. I like their Almost Perfect line.

High quality with simple lines. I also have a carry-all I have yet to use.

Undoubtedly the best leather products I’ve ever owned. My roll top backpack has been life changing. I love that they have a section with discounted imperfect products for sale - which, for the record, have always looked absolutely flawless when I ordered & unboxed them! My favorite leather goods brand ever.

I purchased a pair of mules to wear when it got chilly out and they made it through the entire (California) winter! They were so comfy and really went with everything I wore.

I just received my first 2 bags from PLG and absolutely love them (in fact, it was hard to pick just 2!). The styles are classic and there are so many to choose from, and the colors are gorgeous. I can tell these are really well made and will hold up well to regular use.

I can’t tell you how much I love my purse. It’s so buttery soft and beautiful. I’ve used it daily for well over a year and its look just keeps getting better. The stitching is super high quality, and it’s super roomy inside the style I chose. When the time comes, I’ll buy another.
