Reviews mention

  • Velvety, mousse-like texture

  • Charming reusable glass jars
  • Convincing plant-based chocolate
  • Consistently small portion size
  • Occasional watery rice pudding
  • Inconsistent pistachio flavor
  • Foil-topped jar downgrade

Petit Pot earns enthusiastic reviews for delivering rich, ultra-creamy, French‑style desserts—standouts include Dark Chocolate, Pistachio, Vanilla Bean, Rice Pudding, Crème Brûlée, and plant‑based chocolate that tastes convincingly dairy—yet feedback flags recurring drawbacks: small portions, flavor inconsistencies (pistachio/vanilla or watery rice pudding for some), and frequent comments that it’s pricey. Reviews also praise the smooth, mousse‑like texture, balanced sweetness, and charming reusable glass jars, while noting a packaging downgrade to foil‑topped jars and a desire for more flavors, especially plant‑based.

  • I love these puddings! Every flavor I've had has been delicious, they taste so luxurious and the reusable glass jar makes it feels even more fancy. I like how online they sell lids for the jars to make reusing it even easier. My favorite flavors are the rice pudding and the pistachio, although I would say personally the pistachio tastes more strongly of almond than pistachio... But as an almond lover, I don't mind! Their customer support is also amazing, very friendly and so helpful.

I've bought these in store and online. Both are delicious. My only issue is with the online orders... They've all had good expiration dates but every time, every flavor looks more watery and slightly separated? They don't seem as well blended as they do when I've bought them in the store. They also continue to separate as they sit in the fridge, still not past the expiration date, and it becomes a bit unappealing. I've purchased twice online at very different times with a variety of flavors and it's always like this compared to the variety of flavors I've purchased in store. So if possible, I would say try to get them in store.

  • I loved these a lot more than I thought I would. It's super creamy, it's flavorful, and satisfying. Even the smaller sizes were phenomenal. I didn't feel like I wasn't getting my bang for my buck. My only gripe is that the cardboard packaging can make it a little difficult to get them out, but that is an absolute superficial feeling. These are great if you want something more akin to a mousse than a pudding.

  • A rich mouse like texture. Great packaging for portion controlled dessert.

  • The chocolate pudding dessert was super creamy and rich but not overly sweet. Very tasty with good ingredients! The glass jars are fun to reuse, but I find the paper cup packaging sold in publix stores to be more practical and affordable.

  • Petit Pot uses quality ingredients in their desserts and they are delicious. I also like that they are trying to be more sustainable by providing plant based desserts and reusable glass jars for packaging. Their jars are super cute and they used to come with metal screw in lids so you could reuse them to store food. Now you have to buy lids from their website which sucks especially when their products aren’t cheap to start. These make a nice indulgent treat but at their price point it’s not something I’d buy often even if they are tasty.

  • I had a friend recommend these to me and I can only find them in one store in my entire city. I love the pistachio flavor the most and it's so delicious that I wish they were 5x the size. They're expensive but the fact you can keep/reuse the glass jars feels like an added bonus.

  • As someone who is lactose-intolerant, the oat milk chocolate pot is a godsend! There are plenty of plant-based/dairy-free products out there that really don't hit anyway close to the mark of the original thing, but Petit Pot does a pretty damn good job. Also a big fan of the range of flavors. Would love to see more dairy-free alternative flavors though.

  • A bit on the pricey end but so worth it if you’re lactose intolerant and craving a rich creamy pudding

  • Petit Pot, take my money. I will truthfully spend a god awful amount on these. They’re so, so, so good and I reuse the pots and plastic tops to hold my jewelry when traveling or salad dressings for work lunches. Also the branding is stupid cute and I’m a big sucker dummy for an adorable mascot.

  • The dark chocolate pudding and the oat milk chocolate pudding are a delicious treat. They're creamy and luxurious. I tried the rice pudding and felt deeply betrayed. It was simply not good. I'm interested in trying their other flavours but I have tempered my expectations significantly.

  • I absolutely adore petit pots! They taste amazing, my favorites include the dark chocolate and lemon! Plus they sell reusable lid on their website for very little. We have been using the jars and lids for small snacks and other crafts! My only wish is that the local grocer near me sold more flavors!

  • The pistachio flavor is really good, it’s just expensive for what you get. Love the little glass jars.

  • I have two toddlers and they are very picky eaters. Now when it came to these they absolutely loved them. They each ate a whole jar which is saying something because it’s a struggle to get them to eat anything. I also loved these and can’t wait to pick up more

  • These are very delicious desserts! I loved the texture and the taste. It’s a perfect size for a quick, sweet snack. It is just the right amount of pudding to satisfy my sweet tooth.

I , honestly, don’t think anything could be done to improve the quality and taste of the product!

  • French inspired dessert? Count me in. When I saw Petit Pot at my local store - I jumped on it. I had heard about it and expected amazing things. I tried the chocolate oat milk "dessert" (... it's pudding). It isn't like pudding I'm used to, but that's not a bad thing. Was it good? Yes. Was it amazing? I wouldn't say it was mind blowing. There are other plant-based puddings out there that I would say are better. Would I buy it again? Maybe... if I felt like spending $6 on two little pudding pots. I would definitely try it again, but it wasn't worth the price point IMO.

I'm all for some gourmet type food, but for $6- there are only two pots and they're rather... small. Also it wasn't nearly as creamy as I feel it really could be (again: I got the oat milk version), but it wasn't BAD. Maybe I'm just not classy enough, but I personally could take a generic pudding cup over what I had any day.

  • This was good rice pudding; the ingredients were clean, and you can see all the vanilla specs in there. I will say it was outstanding or amazing rice pudding though. I did find the flavor to be a bit bland and more milky rather than that condensed milk, cinnamon, rice pudding flavor.
