Reviews mention

  • Soft organic-cotton fabrics
  • Breathable everyday underwear
  • Comfortable, cozy sheet sets
  • Flattering, well-cut dresses
  • Inconsistent, unreliable sizing
  • Questionable long-term durability
  • Leggings stretch and bag out
  • Elastic frays and pinches

Pact earns mixed reviews: the brand delivers soft, breathable organic-cotton basics—especially underwear, sheets, and some dresses—that many find comfortable and well-cut, but persistent complaints about durability, inconsistent sizing, and poor fit in certain styles temper enthusiasm. Reviews highlight standout comfort (Everyday Classic Fit Thong, Beloved Basics Lace Waist Brief, boxer shorts) and cozy bedding, while noting issues like leggings stretching out, see-through fabric, elastic failures, and problematic fits for curvy, petite, and tall bodies.

  • I wanted to love Pact, but their clothing falls apart after minimal usage. Every pair of leggings I own from them have ripped at the seams, and the fabric easily snagged and ripped, or faded (and I air dry). I wanted sustainable clothing that was durable and lasted a long time (so, was actually sustainable), but their clothing ultimately contribute to just as much or more waste as any other brand.

Pact's clothing would genuinely be sustainable if it was higher quality and built to last.
