The clothes arrived with stains and black marks. They werent properly packaged. The black marks are impossible to remove. It is not worth your money.

I've been Oysho's fan for the past 10+ years. I've always had their pyjamas but recently, I started working out and discovered their Comfortlux collection. It's everything you need for your workouts: the biker shorts stay in place, the tops stay in place. the colour variety is immaculate (even tho I'm a sad black girlie). amazing quality for the price you pay!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the materials used in your products. I recently purchased a set of sport wear, and after just a short period of use, 2 days, it has shown significant wear and tear. For a brand like Oysho, I expected much better durability and quality. This is unacceptable, and I hope you take customer feedback seriously to improve your standards. I would appreciate a response regarding this issue.

Big disappointment with OYSHO product. The material is not durable and after one use the product wears out as if it were an old, outdated product.

This brand is great for affordable activewear that’s cute and stylish but also totally wearable and nothing too crazy. I love their Pilates socks. However, it is a fast fashion brand so some of the fabrics are better quality than others. Also their sizes tend to run smaller.

I recently shopped at the OYSHO Oxford Street store and spent a significant amount – over £450 in just one month. During my latest visit, I made a large purchase, but when I got home, I discovered that three items worth £46.97 were missing from my bag, even though I was charged for them. I immediately reached out to customer service via email and online chat, and provided proof (including a photo of all items I received). Shockingly, instead of offering to help, they told me the only option is to go back to the store to resolve the issue – no refund, no option for shipping, not even a discount or sincere apology. As someone living outside London, a return trip would require taking a train, costing me more time and money – all due to a mistake made by store staff. I explained this, but was still met with no support or flexibility. Frankly, this is unacceptable treatment of a loyal customer, and it’s extremely disappointing that a brand like OYSHO has such inflexible and unhelpful customer service. I feel completely let down and will seriously reconsider shopping here again. If you don't live near the store, be warned: you’re on your own if something goes wrong.

Although I like their collection, the quality of leggins is rather poor. They lose their shape and get lint after 10x washes in the delicate program / no dryer. Also, the sizes are not very inclusive. I normally wear a small with leggins but often need a large.

This is the only shop I buy underwear from and have been for at least 10 years. The quality is amazing and everything is extremely comfortable. I find it difficult to find bras that fit me well (A or AA cup size most of the time) and that do not look like training bras. I also buy loungewear and nightwear regularly from here and everything is always super soft and comfortable while still looking chic.

I have some of their products like nightwear and bikini. They are good but after a couple of years they lost their quality. Not so long lasting as other brands.

I ordered a running jacket for 60 euros and received a miserable product looking like a 10 euro thing. And two sizes too small. The refund procedure was very unclear and the whole process got me drained. Yet, no sign of my 60 euros after 2 months. Avoid!!

This company is terrible they ship irresponsibly, do not require a signature and have the wrong address now they do not want to assume responsibility for the merchandise they do not follow US standards I recommend that you do not buy they look pretty on the page but bad in service

I really want to like this brand, but my shopping experience has been frustrating. In Europe, online and offline shopping tends to be smoother and often more affordable, in my experience. I've owned some of their clothes before, and I really like them, but shopping during sales has been nearly impossible. I had issues where I couldn't order certain items, and it seems I have to choose between specific products—like having to pick either a hat or shorts, but not both. This limitation is disappointing and it's like they are not even trying to fix that.

I bought a pants from oysho and the costed thirty euros so i thought that they were good quality,today i didnt even fall actually and i slipped so they just ripped and created a bih gole with dive others.So oysho od overated and their clothing quality is horrible for something that costed 30 euros

Paid 75€ for online gift voucher, money redrawed immediately from our account, gift voucher NEVER recieved. Daily contact with callcenter somewhere in Spain ! Still waiting 😡😡😡
