ŌURA earns largely positive reviews for accurate, granular sleep and recovery insights in a discreet, stylish ring that motivates healthier habits; however, users flag weak workout tracking, bulky fit for small fingers, frequent scratching, and declining battery life over time. Reviews also highlight frustrations with required app subscriptions and occasional pairing or data accuracy issues, making ŌURA excellent for sleep-focused buyers but less compelling for fitness-heavy use.

Ring 4

The Oura Ring 5 monitors health metrics in a sleek design. Crafted from titanium, the smart ring tracks sleep, activity, stress, heart health, and more. The Oura Ring 5 is smaller than previous models, while retaining impressive battery life. It also works with both iOS and Android devices.

Oura Ring 5

The Oura Ring 5 has honestly been a game changer for me! I love being able to track my sleep, monitor my stress levels, and see how everything ties together with my daily calorie goals. Having all of that information in one place has made me so much more aware of my habits and how they impact how I feel each day. I’ve been absolutely loving it and can’t imagine going without it now!

I finally upgraded to the Oura ring 5 from my 4, and while I am still figuring out the differences, the size itself is much improved. It’s still chunky but much sleeker and pairs well with other jewelry. I love the detailed insights, especially with my sleep.
