Our Place earns polarized reviews: the Always Pan and Perfect Pot look stunning, clean easily, and the integrated spatula rest, steamer baskets, and thoughtful lid-strainer design impress, but durability falters—nonstick coatings often degrade within months, exteriors stain and chip, handles run hot, and high heat ruins performance. Reviews affirm the brand can work well with careful, low-to-medium heat use and gentle cleaning, yet many cooks report uneven longevity and prefer stainless or cast iron for lasting sear and reliability.

Love the colors this cookware comes in. The non stick works great.

Not worth the price if you need a foundational piece of cookware I would opt for le cruset. And unless you want an aesthetically pleasing pan, you can get a non stick pan for a lot cheaper and it will work just as well.

I really like my pan, I don't use it super often but the size is great when I want to make a pasta dish. I've heard complaints about the non-stick coating but I've never had a problem with it.

Make it so I can use it in the oven!
My Our Place pot and pan are go-to pieces in my kitchen. Although they are investments the non-stick coating, quality, and design of these products make it worth the price. One issue we ran into was we put the pan and lid in the over to cook something and the handle did melt a bit. Be sure to read the temperature limits before making that mistake!
I have an Always Pan and to their credit, it is absolutely beautiful and looks fantastic on my stove. I love the overall look of the pan and it's generally well-designed. Unfortunately, though, after a few months, the nonstick coating stopped being nonstick which was really disappointing. I still use the pan but food sticks significantly more than it did it

Love this pan - price is very high. No sticking. We all fight to use this pan in my house.

Very pricey.
I got a discounted dish and glass set when I bought an Always Pan and I love all of my products. They also have great customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong color pan and they were quick to get me a new one. Months later I broke a glass and they sent me a whole new set.

The bottom of my pan stained very easily and it can't be cleaned off. Basically after using it twice.

Is the pretty pan taking IG by storm really worth it? Yes yes and yes. Not only beautiful (and the object of my roommate's jealousy), The Always Pan is incredibly nonstick, versitle, and perfect for cutting down on kitchen clutter. For professional-aspiring home cooks to take-out addicts, this pan will satisfy all.

Great design. The nesting little spoon/spatula thing? Genius! Great colorways. Looks amazing hanging in my kitchen! I even have the plats and bowls and really love them. They're beautiful and high quality and pop into my dishwasher well. But let's talk about the fine print that I didn't notice until it was too dang late! You can't use this thing on high heat or it'll ruin the nonstick coating. When I'm alone and there's no one else to consider, I'm known for having a haphazard approach to life. "Like no one is watching" is an appropriate phrase here because truly, no one is watching. Do I tenderly aim when pouring liquids? No. Do I look to see if my head is in the way when opening cabinets? No. Do I check for slippery ice or cracked sidewalks before going out for a long skip? No. So, do you think I carefully read fine print and/or notice how hot I'm cooking on my pan? No way! I was joyfully cooking at all temperatures enjoying the nonstick coating on my Always Pan for about 3 months. Loving it. Recommending it to all of my friends. After month 3 the nonstick coating vanished and I was left with what I would call a "Stick Coating". No matter how much oil, everything stuck and fried to the bottom of the pan. It became the worst pan I've ever owned. Is it my own fault? Probably. But I do think that pans should be able to be used the way pans need to be used (on all temperatures) in order to be used? Yes I do. The plates and the bowls rule though!!! Go get 'em!

More transparency around not cooking with the Always Pan at high heat, please!

I received the whole kit as a lovely Xmas present 💚 Love the pan, surprisingly lighter than I expected. Love the cups, no notes. The bowls are a little reminiscent of dog bowls 😅 but I do love that they are stackable. The steamers are lovely out of the box, but I had one warp on me already, so don't know about durability. Love the little sponges they include, they should spin that up as a fun monthly subscription.

Stop sending us so many emails. How many emails can you send about the darn Pan. I just wanted updates on new drops. 🤦🏻♀️
I was super stoked to try this pan out. And yes, I was totally swayed by the 'pan that broke the internet' marketing. And the colors are so fun! The nonstick feature works pretty well for the most part. Still some issues with tofu, but tofu is finicky as heck.

The pan is quite heavy, which is good, because that suggests heavy duty, but it also makes it very difficult to handle. Both the handle and the pan arm conduct heat quite well, so using the handle when trying to drain a dish or dispense onto a plate is next to impossible. I've even burned my hand a couple times on the handle because I was zoned out and went to grab it for more stability. The exterior of the pan absorbs EVERYTHING. First time I cooked with the pan, I used turmeric and avocado oil. Some turmeric dripped down the side and is now a permanent fixture on the pan.

It looks beautiful on my stovetop but... If I could go back in time I wouldn't purchase this pan. The nonstick coating does not last very long, so if you want to make something that will be ruined if it stick to the pan, well, you're better off just making something else. I give it 2 stars because it's not completely unusable. You can still make some soup or curry in the pot, but you are limited with the amount you can make. You can also steam, but the amount you can steam is very limited as well, enough for like one person. I wanted to love it, but really you are better off just buying a Made In pan.

Received one of their pans in early April. Wife loved it at first. Six months later, small chip in the coating. Contacted Our Place through customer service link. No response still, six weeks later. Contacted them through warranty link; no response 3-4 weeks later. Not cool for $150 pan.

I’ve loved my Always Pan—it’s versatile and works great for most cooking needs. However, with so many similar pans on the market now, there are definitely more affordable options that offer comparable performance. Still solid, but worth considering alternatives.

Love the concept and feel but did not feel it was so practical. I have the always pan and always pot and the cast iron. Since you can’t use the with high heat it can take a while. But they’re all aesthetically pleasing

Got roped into the pan because of pretty ads, but within 6 months it was stained and lost its nonstick effect. I get that you need to be gentle on it, but if you’re going to advertise something as a go-to pan it should be able to handle a bit of action. I still use the bamboo steamers that came with it though!

Really versatile pan. Aesthetically pleasing in the kitchen. Has basically replaced 4 of my other pans with just this one. Have already purchased to give as gifts for some family members

Love, love, love this pan! Use it daily for over 18 months. It has held up great!

It’s really nonstick! I can make crepes or fish in this pan and both of those are so temperamental to cook if they stick. I love mine and I wish I bought more of them. I also love how light the pan is so I don’t have to struggle to lift if off the stove

alright so i have both the Always Pan & Always Pot. i bought them because i love the functionality and beauty of it BUT as everyone else has noted, both appliances stain VERY easily. almost ruins the whole purpose of it's aesthetic. i've tried multiple ways to clean it but the stains don't come off. the material of the Always Pan is also gimmicky, and doesn't feel durable to me at all... i will say, the non-stick is not as bad for me as others have noted. a non-stick coated pan never lasts forever (like literally with anything) so i guess that should be noted that such a high price point $ doesn't mean it'll last a lifetime. my non-stick coating is wearing, but with a little extra oil all is fine. on the other hand, my Always Pot is a dream come true when it comes to it's size & versatility. it's rather LARGE which makes it perfect for baking bread - i use it in place of a dutch oven. it also works for stews & roasting on the rack. i don't particularly love that it's non-stick because it doesn't allow things to crisp up like a dutch oven would, BUUUT for baking bread i've never had a problem with it sticking the bottom (and i don't use parchment paper) so it's actually quite nice.

Aesthetically looks nice on the stove top and the biggest pluses for us are that it’s very easy to clean, the lids of have a strainer, cooks evenly. We’ve noticed that the non-stick wears quickly- we’ve had ours for about 6 months and have noticed it on some pans. Also, needs best grips to hold handles and cover.
