Reviews mention

  • Elegant colors, modern aesthetics
  • Thoughtful spoon-rest integration
  • Versatile depth and shape
  • Easy, quick nonstick cleanup
  • Fragile nonstick coating longevity
  • Exterior staining and chipping
  • Heavy, awkward handling
  • Limited high-heat tolerance

Our Place earns polarized reviews: the cookware enchants with elegant colors, thoughtful design (spoon rest, straining lid, steamer inserts), easy cleanup, and genuine versatility for everyday, low-to-medium-heat cooking—yet durability issues recur. Reviews of Our Place repeatedly flag fragile nonstick that degrades within months, staining/chipping exteriors, heavy weight, and no oven use on earlier pans; dishware and glasses draw steadier praise for stacking and feel. Buyers who prize aesthetics and gentle, simple cooking fare well; avid, high‑heat cooks should look elsewhere.

  • Aesthetically looks nice on the stove top and the biggest pluses for us are that it’s very easy to clean, the lids of have a strainer, cooks evenly. We’ve noticed that the non-stick wears quickly- we’ve had ours for about 6 months and have noticed it on some pans. Also, needs best grips to hold handles and cover.

  • I love this pan. I have used it for over a year and it is still in perfect shape. My only complaint would be it's pretty heavy! But I suppose that's what makes it durable!

  • Love this pan, literally the only pan you need. Sits on the stove pretty as well. Recommend wash by hand not dishwasher

  • Honestly I wasn't expecting to like these pans as much as I do. I was already a huge cook before I started cooking with OUR PLACE products and I find myself wanting to try new recipes even more than I did before because I love cooking with this pan. It's SO easy to clean it's almost a joke. I can't recommend this company enough.

  • This pan is nonstick and it looks so pretty on my stovetop! It does stain, though, and you can only use it at low to medium-low heat or the nonstick coating will be ruined over time. The bamboo spatula and built-in rest for it are wonderful, and the steam vent is genius! Also nice that it comes with a steaming basket, but it’s pretty shallow so best for cooking for one or two people at most.

  • Non-stick and beautifully crafted. We’ve had this pan for 5+ years and it’s still in great condition. Some minor staining (external and internal) but that’s have hundreds of uses and to be expected. Overall a great pan.

  • Ils sont bien conçus. Ils sont magnifiques en plus. C’est certain que j’achèterai d’autres articles.

  • Bummed about this — Even after following all of the care instructions, the nonstick wore off after a couple of months. I now only use this pan to steam veggies in the included steamer basket. It's beautiful, but not very practical at the end of the day.

  • I got the pan as a gift. Maybe I was using it on too high of heat, but the non-stick only lasted 6 months... They also do not have a program to fix pans or upcycle/recycle them.

  • I really enjoy my our place perfect pot. I’ve had it for 1 year and the non stick is still perfect and have not had any issues with staining or cleaning this far. The pot is beautiful enough to stay on the stove full time and is big enough for all the things I need it for. I took of 1 star since the handles require the little covers if you want to be able to pick it up, but otherwise I love it! So great that it can also go straight into the oven!

  • I absolutely love this pan! I’m pretty picky when it comes to pans and I don’t regret buying this one. Heats up and cooks to perfection while having an easy clean up after!

  • My review is only of the Always Pan—I bought one and won one, so I'd say I have a decent amount of experience with it. After having both for about two years, I can say that it definitely loses its "non-stick" quality over time, but I don't feel like that's a complete waste because it does just fine with a "low-and-slow" cook. I've also simply started using its steamer basket more so it's truly not a total loss! I still find Our Place's aesthetic and design a far notch above the rest, so despite the Always Pan's "depreciation," I'll be exploring their other cookware, serveware, and tools.

  • Pots and pans of high quality! Makes cooking as a milennial cool!

  • Overall, it is a good pan. Problem is the quality. Received my original pan as a gift but shortly after using it I noticed the finish/paint on the handle was coming off. Noticed this when I found paint chips in my food in the pan. Not a good thing. Contacted Our Place and after several conversation they finally agreed to replace it. Now my new pan is doing the same thing. Paint/finish is coming off the handle. Considering the high price for these pans, I would expect the finish to be much better. So, BUYERS BEWARE, pan works good but it is of terrible quality.

  • I was gifted the original Always Pan in Azul and have been using it regularly since May 2022. Over the last year, it's become my go-to cookware. I steam vegetables in it, using the steamer basket. I fry and scramble eggs in it. I make one-pot pasta dishes in it. It's so much a part of my everyday routine at this point that I leave it on my stove, ready to go — and it looks pretty sitting there, as well, which is a nice bonus.

  • Bought two different pans. Both started burning all the food right after the warranty. That’s why they only give you one year because that’s how long they last. Don’t waste your money.

The customer service was no help.

  • Beautiful cook utensils. I have the red color but I’ve noticed that when I use oil (olive oil) does not matter how much I clean + scrub residuals stay and will not come off .

  • I got the Always Pan (in Spice color). It's aesthetic, and I like the color and being able to rest the spatula on the pan itself. The steamer basket has been useful as well. However, the nonstick pan didn't last very long and the bottom of the pan burned pretty easily. It's no longer our go-to pan for cooking, but a pan we use if we're making multiple things at once and need an extra pan.

  • I was so excited that my husband bought this for me on our anniversary. I am a trained chef which does not matter because this pan promises so much and does not deliver. I loved it so much at first, I bout 2 other products in the line. After 3 months the pan surface has declined and deep scratches have appeared even though I only use soft tools while I cook. I asked them if I could swap for a new one they said no

  • Don’t get me wrong, I love this brand. Their color offerings along with their product lineup is great. My only criticism is that the Always Pan loses its non-stick coating within a few months. I still like it and use it everyday but it’s a bummer it doesn’t last longer.
