Our Place earns polarized reviews: the Always Pan and Perfect Pot look stunning, clean easily, and the integrated spatula rest, steamer baskets, and thoughtful lid-strainer design impress, but durability falters—nonstick coatings often degrade within months, exteriors stain and chip, handles run hot, and high heat ruins performance. Reviews affirm the brand can work well with careful, low-to-medium heat use and gentle cleaning, yet many cooks report uneven longevity and prefer stainless or cast iron for lasting sear and reliability.

The ceramic coating didn’t last very long and it can’t go in the dishwasher
These are my favourite pans ever! I swear only by this brand, they are high quality, solid and durable. I have replaced all my pans with the ones from Our Place, they are so pretty! I also converted my mum and sister, they all love it so much!
At first I loved my Always pan, it looked great on my stove top, was very easy to clean, and worked as it should. Over time it's just become impossible to clean, it's scalded and stained and no amount of scouring can save her. This is with normal usage, no drama. I'm just disappointed that it hasn't withstood the test of time aesthetically, still can fry an egg no prob though.
I have the Always Pan and I have mixed feelings! On the one hand, I love the look of it, the nonstick works well (and cleans easily), and I'm a big fan of the built in spatula holder. I do use my Always Pan for almost everything I cook and it generally works well. On the other hand, the outside is really difficult to clean and since I'm not the neatest cooker, I always seem to get stains on it. I'm also not sure it's better than any other nonstick pan out there in terms of cooking quality. So while I generally like mine, I'm not sure it's worth the money. But I don't regret mine since I use it all of the time, so if you have the money to spend and want the cute look of the pan, it's not a terrible investment!
Very cute but very bad quality compared to other pan brands. I got a couple of these pans excited by the design and the claim to be a 3 in 1 pan. All of the non-sick products wear out and STICKS within about a month even if you follow the care/use guide (Like I can not even fry and egg with some oil on medium heat without it sticking). All of the wooden spoons cracked even though I used mineral oil. Huge bummer as I was excited by the design, but ultimately I would have been better off buying from another brand. :( I do cook a lot, but that should not matter, it is a pan... I guess if you don't want to use it, it looks cute on a shelf

Something needs to be done to improve the quality of the non-stick for your product. Ultimately as a consumer buying a product like this that I planned to use for 5+ years only functioning for a few months, leaves me feeling a bit tricked, and sad that I just supported a product that is leading to more waste.
I got really fancy pans for my wedding and thought they were going to be the greatest things since sliced bread, I was wrong. They got so much stuck to them/destroyed so easily. Fast forward a year or two, we just got ourplace pans 5 or so months ago and I couldn't be more enthused. They're so cute, easy to use, and easy to clean. They also just feel like great quality!
Never again will I fall for an "IG brand" (ok—IDK if my willpower is thaaat strong, but this made me wary). This might be good for someone who rarely cooks, but if you do—don't waste your money, just go with GreenPan, cast iron, etc.

Change the name lol—"Always" Pan is just not true.
This pan is obviously gorgeous, and works great for the first 6 months. I don't know a single person who isn't frustrated with this pan after those 6 months. The bottom gets burnt, and the nonstick is not made to last, even with their cleaning tool. The convenience and organization is really nice to all be built in together, but that's about it.

Should work on it's nonstick formula. This is aesthetically wonderful if you don't mind dropping $200 on a new one every time it burns out.
I used these at my roommate's apartment and made it my mission to get my own! They're so cute and durable.

SO NOT WORTH IT! Looks amazing, works great for the first month... but gets SO dirty and guess what? The strainer basket they send with the pan is METAL and scratches the pan while it's in transit; overall a good idea though. I will probably throw mine away after just one year and opt in for a more durable stainless steel option.
Have the Always Pan and the Perfect Pot – amazing quality and love the look of them! I leave them out on the stove top because they're so pretty & aesthetic.

I’ve had an always pan from this brand and I’ve really enjoyed using it. I really enjoy the non-stick surface and find that it’s been relatively easy to clean and I’ve tried cooking different textures and different foods in my always pan. The pan is beautiful, but the bottom did end up getting scuffed up a bit but that could be due to how I handled it. Otherwise the pan still looks great and works great for my kitchen use. I would recommend this product and would love to try their other products such as their cups and bowls which have a great aesthetic!
Great pan with a good variety of uses. I love all of the attachments and add-ons the brand offers. Easy to cook with and convenient to clean up.

Nothing to improve upon.
Probably one of the worst pans I've ever used - AND it's super expensive. It just looks pretty - but not funcitonal. Everything sticks to it, and it's hard to clean.

Everything sticks to the pan....
I have their Always Pan, their Perfect Pot, and their Ovenware set and I loooove all of them. They're so easy to clean and make me want to cook - and I am not a fan of cooking.. yet lol I'm sure if I keep using these beauties, I'll love cooking as much as I love eating in no time. I'm also thinking about getting their cast iron, but nervous about it since I have weak wrists :') But since the items I already have from them are lighter than expected, I'm thinking of trying out the cast iron anyways!

I love being able to sort items by price or rating when shopping online, so I think that would help their site a lot!
I love our always pan. The look and quality is nice. A spoon rest is so simple yet so so helpful. Big fan of the brand's mission.

Our spoon cracked after 2 uses, but they replaced it and our second one has held up nicely. TBH as much as I love all the use cases, I only basically use it as a pan so I can have multiple things going on the stove at once.
My Always Pan is my go-to every time I cook. It's beautiful, heavy-duty, and does a great job of being nonstick. I was so impressed the first I used it by how easily I would clean it. Food just rolls right off.

My only real complaint is that the coating on the inside of the pan chips very easily. I'm very careful about not scratching the pan, but even then, I've noticed a few marks. I also wish the pan came in a larger size as well. This size works well most of the time, but oftentimes I need something larger.
hands down favorite pans ever. I have two of them + I use them daily. multiple times! makes cooking so easy + the cleanup is a breeze

My experience with Our Place's Always Pan has been nothing but incredible. I use this daily and it's impossibly easy to use and clean.

I do wish the wood spatula slotted in a little more seamlessly with the pan's design so it wasn't precariously perched. Same with the steaming addition - it'd be wonderful if each accoutrement was designed to fit in the pan during storage.
i loove my pan. very nonstick and i like the steamer baskets and accessories. i don't know if i would get their other pots and pans, but i like this one as a trust nonstick skillet

i got a dark color because i heard lighter colors can sometimes leave like char marks at the bottom? but can't confirm from firsthand experience
