I tried a few of the olive oils. I liked the aesthetic and taste (amazing in salads! and with bread!) but I would not repurchase these due to the poorly designed packaging. With each pour, olive oil ran down the side of the bottle which is wasteful (given how pricey it is) and also annoying (I have to wipe it up and the bottle gets greasy). If you want a good clean pour, you have to buy a special spout for an additional $10? Give me a break.

    Truff

The original truffle sauce (with a black lid) is delicious and I've gone through multiple bottles. I usually add it over eggs or avocado. It's such a great gift to give, also! The only negative feedback I have is that the packaging gets really gross and it's hard to knock out the sauce once you get low. I have to wipe around the opening every time to prevent sauce from getting crusted around there. I would strongly prefer a squeeze bottle.

    Dieux Skin

I've tried several Dieux products: eye patches, Deliverance serum, and the Instant Angel moisturizer. I love what the brand stands for and how transparent they've been with their process on social. The price point is a bit high so I'm not purchasing anything new for now. In the future, I plan to repurchase Deliverance and try the eye serum. As a person with sensitive skin, I found Deliverance incredibly soothing and strengthening for my skin barrier. It doesn't have any insane bells or whistles but I found myself constantly reaching for it in the morning (as a lighter moisturizer) and at night (as a thin moisturizing layer after toning and before my thicker lotion). It helped with my redness and flakiness. Perfectly pairing with tretinoin!

    BAGGU

I have over 20 Baggu items and I have been a die-hard fan since 2015! I am uncomfortable with how the brand's gone viral on TikTok and the fact that certain items are being sold by scalpers on secondary retail sites for well above the MSRP. I'm sad that they stopped making leather goods A few comments on my all time favorite items below: Reusable Bags: I have a ton of these and have used them for everything (hauling groceries, library books, packages). They are cute and also very practical for bringing on the go. My favorite use is traveling with a few and using them to store dirty laundry or puffy large jackets. I throw them in the wash and air dry and they've all survived. Only one has a small tear after 4 yeARS! Medium Crescent Bag: The bag that went viral! This is my favorite bag ever. It fits everything you need for a full day of errands or walking around the city: wallet, a few toiletries, a small water bottle, keys, phone, Airpods, a book/kindle, sunglasses, and even a small jacket. Fanny Pack: I have these in a few fun color ways and they fit way more than the Lululemon belt bag. It's perfect for walks and errands. I don't find it as comfortable as the crescent bag personally but it is very convenient. It's perfect for travel, too! Small Nylon Shoulder Bag: This is one of their newer releases and is adorable and practical. I'm a very casual person so this bag is perfect for dinner or going out. It fits a decent amount of stuff (wallet, a few toiletries, keys, phone) for a few hours out. The only con of this one is that it slides down your shoulder if you're wearing a slippery jacket (like a puffy winter one).

    Supergoop!

I appreciate Supergoop's mission and their total devotion to infusing SPF into every product possible and offering customers different textures and formulations of SPF. I've tried a ton of their products over the years and the only one I would repurchase is Glow Screen which I consider the perfect tinted SPF for daily wear. (Warning, it is really glowy. Only for people who like to look a little glazed donut-y LOL). Overall, I think their products are really overpriced and outperformed by Asian sunscreens that can be purchased at a fraction of the cost. I also had a great experience with their customer service where they replaced a defective SPF powder for free with no questions asked.

    Parade

Something that makes me really uncomfortable about Parade is that they claim to stand for sustainability yet they are constantly pushing sales and limited edition runs of product. This dissonance makes me uncomfortable. I don't think I will buy their stuff going forward due to the sheer volume of ads and sales, BUT I've found a few good things over the years. Most of their stuff is pretty cheaply made and poor quality but generally comfortable. I've made a few orders from Parade and tried several different types of products. My reviews are below. Underwear: I threw away all my Parade underwear, except for a soft lace pair. I found the quality to be poor and the cuts were a bit too cheeky for my taste (or cut into my stomach). Bras: I have several bralettes and they are very comfy, especially for people like me with smaller, wider set breasts. The quality is alright but the elastic is showing signs of wear after going through several delicates cycles in the washing machine. Satin PJs: I got these in the strawberry picnic print and they are adorable, comfy, and easy to wash. The fabric is very cooling. Rib knit shirts: I want them to bring this long sleeve shirt back! It's the softest thing I've ever touched and I wish I had purchased more when they had my size in stock.

    Tower 28 Beauty

Overall, I want to support Tower28 so bad because I love the founder and the mission (focus on sensitive skin and being eczema-friendly). Unfortunately, I would consider their products to be a mixed bag. I think the brand is great for people who are looking for a no makeup or minimal look or totally new to makeup. The products are very user friendly and forgiving. Tinted SPF: Returned, 3/5. This is one of the more tinted SPFs on the market. It is medium coverage for sure. I don't love mineral sunscreen so this wasn't for me. Blush: Have multiple, 5/5. This is Tower28's best product, IMO. It blends so beautifully, especially with a brush. It's pretty creamy so probably best for drier skin types. Bronzer (Bronzino): Have one, 3/5, it pulls super warm and it's too glittery. Like visible chunks of glitter. Lip Gloss: Have one, 4/5. This is a very solid lip gloss. It's nothing special but does the job at a reasonable price point. The package size is very generous which I appreciate. Mascara: Returned, 2/5. Drooped and smudged on my oil asian eyelashes. SOS Spray: Used one, would not repurchase, 2/5. I saw no effects from this and it's widely known that it just contains hypochlorous acid and can be purchased for a fraction of the price from any drugstore or Amazon.

I've tried many products from the brand. Sex Gel, Body Lotion, Body Serum, Body Wash, and Gel Deodorant. The only one I have repurchased is the Body Wash in Eucalyptus. It is my HG body wash. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin (I have a history of eczema, iykyk) and it smells like a luxury spa. Overall, the brand has very chic minimal packaging and the formulations are effective and elegant. But I think they are incredibly overpriced for what they are.

I am judging myself for being addicted to $10 pints of ice cream, but I can't help it! These are so amazing and worth the hype. The amount of chunkiness and texture from the mix-ins is perfect and, as a person who prefers savory food, these are very balanced from a flavor perspective. I don't mess with any other brands of ice cream anymore. My favorite flavors: Blackout Cake, Birthday Cake, Wedding Cake (I have a type...)

Sigh. I've had 2 of their original pans and I got rid of both of them. I wanted to love these pans so much as the shape is really deep and practical and they look beautiful on the stovetop. Despite claims that they are dishwasher safe, these pans got really dinged up in the dishwasher. Also, over time, they became really discolored and the interior started getting grimy and chipping. The brand's customer service is incredible and they replaced my pan for free after I contacted them. However, the same thing happened to the second pan. I think these might work if you are a very new or casual cook (e.g. only stir fry Trader Joes frozen meals or make eggs once a week). I cook almost every night and consider myself an advanced cook and these were not right for my needs. I also have a set of 4 plates which I like a lot and would give 4/5. They stack well and have a very low profile, fitting in the dishwasher easily without taking up much space. Con is that the plates are kind of scratched up after only a few months of use.
