I've tried the gummies (both THC and non) and the drink (THC). The gummies are supposed to be taken pre-run and I will absolutely tell you I can feel a difference on my runs. I can consistently push harder and feel like I'm in the zone for ~30 minutes. I'm not a long-distance runner by any means so this is a perfect length for me. I like the drinks as a recovery drink. I usually mix it with a sports drink to cut down the THC and it's wonderful.
