We created the most creamy and dreamy elixir of fresh capers, Sicilian  Extra Virgin Olive Oil and lemons.

A bright, flavorful, and refreshing dressing...but in actuality you've told us it's more of a catch all sauce. Great on salmon, salad, chicken, and crudités. 

We believe kitchen is the creative portal to the soul. Everyone has to eat, but when we create something enjoyable we create space to ask more than just what do I need to survive, but what makes us feel good and what makes me feel nourished. Cooking opens the door to how we want to feel in the world and make others feel.

Nour was created from the inspiration & space to spark inquisitive thinking and partaking in nourishing rituals. Nour is short for nourishment, and we hope everyone who tries it and shares it, continues to ask themselves what makes me feel good and what makes me feel nourished!

I swear, each dressing Nour adds to their line-up is better than the last. The most recent Sumac Serrano Green Goddess is to die for — sort of like a tangy pesto with a good kick.  I could drink it. 

Plus they have cute merch too ;) 

Nour keeps it's ingredients very simple but packs a lot of flavor! I can tell they use really good olive oil too because it congeals when in the fridge (that's actually a good thing lol). Quality ingredients and no synthetic preservatives or stabilizer gums which is what you find in most processed salad dressings. Best to take out of fridge while you prepare your salad and shake before dressing.

With being so busy these days it's nice to have products like Nour around to make delicious salads a daily breeze. Save yourself the time from assorting multiple pantry ingredients and extra dishes just to make a salad dressing and get yourself a bottle of Nour! As you can see from my horrible product photo I crushed our bottle and need to buy more!

I found Nour on Instagram through a few California gals I was following and I'm a sucker for beautiful branding and great packaging, therefore I knew I had to order Nour to Miami. Let me tell ya, it did not disappoint. I literally throw this dressing on everything and anything! Nour nailed it with the lemon caper taste and its such an elevated version of a Caesar dressing in my opinion. I've ordered 2 bottles at a time and I'm on my third round of ordering Nour. I also love the reusable packaging, I was them and use it for everything at home! Does not disappoint! 

This dressing is bliss in a bottle. It’s excellent on a salad but it also really hits on vegetables, or as a dipping sauce for bread. It’s hard not to add Nour to complete my dishes at this point. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I like to consider myself a NOUR connoisseur. Annie has created the yummiest all year round dressing / sauce that goes perfectly with everything. It has become a pantry staple and any chance I get, I love to put people on Nour bc it is JUST that good. Beautiful packaging and nourishing ingredients. My favorite way to use Nour is drizzling it on the salad recipe below.

I love Nour's Lemon Caper dressing. I've never been big on dressings or sauces but I'm obsessed with this stuff. I put it on my salads, wraps/sandwiches, and roasted veggies. It's a great way to add flavor and zest to my meals, whether I make them at home or get carry out. Definitely recommend you give this a try, you won't regret it! 

DRINKABLE GOODNESS… truly nothing like it. So damn perfect I put in basically everything. 

Nour is the type of dressing that should be famous for its versatility. Dressing a summer salad? Done. Need to season some fish? Nour. It’s a delicious combination of savory and zesty - not to mention it looks gorgeous on a shelf. 100/10 recommend.

Can not recommend Nour enough!!! This has been my go to dressing for salads, bowls, roasted carrots, you name it! It is so flavorful and fresh and seriously makes everything taste better! Love the ingredients and packaging. 

This dressing is delicious and I like how versatile it is. Sometimes I put it on a simple salad, other times I make a grain bowl. My favorite was actually drizzling it on top of a lox bagel for an extra kick of flavor 😍

I would love to see Nour in more stores. This is a staple in your kitchen. Great for dressing up meals and giving it a elevated taste on more than just salads. Makes a worthwhile gift and the bottle looks so cute in your fridge. 

i steer clear of most pre-packaged dressings and opt to always making my own until Nour. Nour tastes as pure and healthy as homemade yet as sophisticated and flavorful as a fancy chef's dressing. I literally put this on EVERYTHING from my Sweetgreen salads, to my oven baked salmon. It always elevates my meals! Truly a staple we've been missing in this world. 

This salad dressing is the greatest of all time! It is so delicious, tangy and creamy. I tossed kale in the lemon caper Nour and made kale chips out of the two: absolutely incredible.

Used as a dip, dressing, last-minute garnish, or drizzled over veg/proteins Nour can DO IT ALL. It is extremely versatile and useful for those meals that you just can't bring yourself to make any more decisions for. Nour has such a range from enhancing fancy AF meals to impress to being a casual dunk for a quick vegan chicken nugget snack on a weekday evening after a long day. 

Nour is a dressing that would be too complicated to make often and on your own so it is definitely worth the price. The cute reusable bottle is a much-appreciated plus as it is perfect for juices, tea, or lemonade after you have guzzled this dressing much faster than you'd prefer.
