We created the most creamy and dreamy elixir of fresh capers, Sicilian  Extra Virgin Olive Oil and lemons.

A bright, flavorful, and refreshing dressing...but in actuality you've told us it's more of a catch all sauce. Great on salmon, salad, chicken, and crudités. 

We believe kitchen is the creative portal to the soul. Everyone has to eat, but when we create something enjoyable we create space to ask more than just what do I need to survive, but what makes us feel good and what makes me feel nourished.
