Love the brick and mortar shops in NYC and absolutely love that they ship now that I live in AZ. The birthday cake truffles are my favorite.

Too sweet for my taste, although some of the cookies (compost and the blueberry ones) are still really good if you have them with a strong cup of coffee.

Absolutely love the treats from the bakeries themselves (or delivered), especially the birthday cake truffles and cookies. They're SUPER sweet so be prepared for that.

The packaged cookies are the worst things i have eaten in a long time

I ordered online for a specific date and the cake came in three days late and all smushed up. When I contacted customer service they just said sorry and gave me a $5 off your next purchase coupon. ;/

Love the creative ideas behind their cookies. I had a cereal flavored cookie and it tasted EXACTLY like I remember that cereal tasting. Sweet and delicious!

It's just okay...if you're near a Milkbar storefront, by all means, it's so good! But if you're not, local bakeries are going to be much better quality/taste...

Milk Bar products from directly the brand are great, do not try anything from the Target line it does not compare. Favorite items are the cornflake cookie and the pie.

Love the cereal milk soft serve. Cookies are good as well. The stores are cute and going is always a fun experience.

So good! The cakes (and cake truffles) are delicious. I can't justify the shipping price, however, so these are in-person pick-ups for me. Not worth going out of your way to get in NY (or elsewhere), but if you're in the mood for something sweet and passing by a storefront, go in.

Fun but overrated. Their stuff is too much of everything (too sweet, too salty, etc.) and don't taste super fresh. I would only stop by here if someone from out of town was visiting and wanted to give it a try.

It didn't really deliver on the hype. Yes, I would try other cakes/drinks to get a better understand, but they weren't anything to write home about. I found it some of the cakes too sweet which didn't leave a pleasant taste in the mouth.

Very good cake, but very expensive for what it is.

The stores and products themselves are cute, but taste wise they are just mediocre.

The packaging was stellar! But the cake was average.

I've tried their birthday cake cookies and truffles (peppermint and mint). I did not like the BC cookies because it tastes waaaaay too sweet. I get the "cake box" taste vibe but it tastes too artificial. The texture too was similar to play dough. The truffles were much better. They were rich and the sprinkles were crunchy. Stay away from the cookies and get the truffles.

Overall the Milk experience is more exciting in person. You are in the moment enjoying the full experience when I purchased it for home it just wasn’t the same.
