    Purchased through a Thingtesting offer

Purchased the water balm as part of a thingdrop. The good: + Customer service reached out proactively when the product was late to ship + Spray pump feels well made and won't break + Applying lotion feels like a chore sometimes, this feels quicker and easier + Doesn't leave a residue The meh: - There was no messaging or customer education about the scent - I found the scent very strong and I could see a high percentage of customers not being into the scent - Can you recycle the bottle? Just because higher quality materials were used for packaging doesn't mean it can easily be recycled - There are times where this isn't moisturizing enough (even in the summer)

    Purchased through a Thingtesting offer

Purchased six pairs of socks (3 high and 3 low pairs) as part of a thingdrop and waited a few months to post until I had enough time to test. I appreciated the minimal packaging - simple paper sleeves for each pair that could be recycled. I do like these socks, the colors are fun, they're well made and have held up over multiple washes. They seem more cushy than my bombas and are a better price point, though it's not quite clear how they're differentiating in the market. Re-purchase will depend on how long they last.

With my first quip the replacement heads stopped attaching to the base/motor and would fall off as I was brushing. It seemed like they started using a new head manufacturer that didn't quite align with the base. They sent me a new base free of charge but again the heads wouldn't properly attach. I gave up on quip and started using an oral b electric toothbrush.

Different gummies are hit-or-miss, but the ones that hit are good. I'd recommend the sour bears and the peach rings, wouldn't recommend the swedish fish. These hit the spot for me when I want a sugary candy and I really like how high fiber these are. I haven't tried their caramels but will definitely be trying when I see them next!

Candy gets majorly stuck in your teeth. Price is a little high for what you get in a bag.

Absolutely love the treats from the bakeries themselves (or delivered), especially the birthday cake truffles and cookies. They're SUPER sweet so be prepared for that.

    Feedback

The packaged cookies sold in grocery stores are nothing like what you'll get from the Milkbar stores. They're trash, I'd rather eat an oreo. No flavor, weird expired-like texture. Would never buy again.

I'm not a huge sparkling water consumer, but I do love spindrift. I love that they use fresh fruit, there's never any weird chemical aftertaste. I like their half tea half lemonade with no added sugar. Their packaging is cute and clear. This is my go-to brand when buying bulk sparkling water at the grocery store.

    Feedback

Expansion into new flavors. I've stopped buying as much because I'm burnt out on my favorite flavors.

Review is for their canned oat matcha latte. Flavor is predominately oat milk, can barely taste the matcha. Has 14g of sugar but doesn't seem very sweet? Packaging is cute but I'd rather make a matcha latte at home. Won't rebuy.

Review is for the aperitif and the le spritz. The aperitif is bitter and botanical, definitely needs mixers (i.e., simple syrup, sparking water, lemon, etc.) to make it delicious (I'm someone who loves bitter and botanical drinks). I really enjoy the original spritz flavor, the ginger flavor is a bit too strong.

    Feedback

The bottle says it expires within two weeks of opening which would require consumption almost every night to finish which is a bit unreasonable given how specific and strong of a flavor it is. I'd prefer a smaller format to preservatives. The recipe book that comes with the aperitif is fun to flip through, but calls for many specific ingredients that I assume most folks (me included) don't have lying around the house (rose petals, fresh thyme, orange blossom water).

    Banza

Review is for pasta and vegan mac & cheese by someone who isn't gluten free. Pasta is delicious and hits the spot for me as much as regular boxed pasta. I don't buy regular pasta anymore, I only buy Banza. Vegan mac & cheese is not flavorful or "cheesy enough" - I prefer daiya's gf/df version.

    Feedback

I'd love to be able to buy pasta in larger quantities to limit the amount of packaging I'm tossing.

I've tried a few boxes of the spearmint flavor but wouldn't re-buy. The gum looses its flavor quickly and sometimes sticks to my teeth.
