  • I purchased the Cass Beige Boots from Miista for €260 (on sale!) and had high expectations given the price and the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, I was disappointed on every level. Quality Issues I wore the boots only once – to an indoor party – and after just a few hours, they showed significant signs of wear: 1. Deep Creasing: After a single evening, the boots were covered in deep creases, which are completely unacceptable for shoes of this price. 2. Sole Detachment: To my shock, part of the sole began to detach after just one use, which clearly indicates poor craftsmanship. For €260, I expected durable, high-quality shoes. This purchase was a total letdown. Uncomfortable On top of the poor quality, the boots were incredibly uncomfortable. I struggled to keep them on throughout the evening because they pinched and lacked any sense of comfort. Customer Service I reached out to customer service and provided detailed photos of the damages, hoping for a resolution. Their response was disappointing. They claimed the damage was “normal wear and tear” caused by “external factors.” They just avoided responsibility. Conclusion It’s no surprise that Miista has a 3.5-star rating on a major review platform. Their products and customer service clearly explain why the brand is receiving more and more negative reviews. Miista might still be successful now, but success built on poor quality and dismissing customers won’t last forever. I cannot recommend this brand. For this price, there are far better alternatives with long-lasting, comfortable, and high-quality shoes.

  • I got the black and white AIRI Miista shoes and the black pair had a production issue when it arrived. The told me first that I accepted the mistake by not reaching out to them sooner and that there is nothing that they can do. The customer service were refusing to repair them first but eventually they sent them to the factory for repair. Then DHL lost my parcel and neither Miista nor DHL wants to be responsible for it. Its insane, plenty of substance already do take legal action!!! So the black pair is gone for good (no compensation from either Miista or DHL since they dont care that they lost the shoes) and for the white one I noticed when wearing that the manufacturing overall is quite bad.. the sole is cheaply made. Do yourself a favor and avoid this brand!!!! The marketing is pretty but its a shoe scam

  • 1 . Terrible quality for the price My Brown Cass boots heel broke after 3-4 times wearing them. I have now seen so many reviews of such problems I regret buying them so much. Miista seems well aware of the problem since they added a second heel sole in the box (but I can’t fix it myself, it’s too broken). 2. Terrible customer service As many other people said, Miista will do anything to not do refunds, replacement, or even repair (even when I offer to pay for it). For a brand that sells product BRAGGING about a fine craftsmanship made in Europe honestly this is ridiculous. They ask for a Miista order number even though they use re-sellers (Zalando, Boozt and the such) and we can provide purchase proofs but not from Miista directly. You end up in a battle in between them and the re-sellers sending each other the ball. Again, since it’s obviously defective products it is ridiculous. Many brands with such manufacturing line offer repairs in ateliers when we pay such prices (example: Polène) This brand is a scam and the customer service honestly rude.

  • I’ve always liked Miista's design, but my recent experience with their customer service has been incredibly disappointing. I purchased a pair of shoes at their event in Berlin, and after only the second time of wear, one of the bows broke. When I contacted customer service, they insisted on an order number, which I don’t have since the purchase was made at an event. Despite providing the receipt as proof of purchase, I was repeatedly told they couldn’t help without an order number. This back-and-forth has been frustrating and reflects a lack of accountability, especially for a brand that markets itself as premium quality and charges high prices. It’s unacceptable for a brand of Miista’s reputation to dismiss quality issues so easily. After seeing similar complaints from others, it’s clear that this isn’t an isolated incident. If you’re considering buying from Miista, be aware that their after-sales service may not live up to the standards they advertise.

  • SAMPLE SALE they do is such a SCAM. I attended the Berlin one, where the waiting line was huge, and the prices were more expensive than in their internet store, which just doesn't make sense. Also if you buy from them, forget about any returns.... It's sad that such a nice brand just doesn't care about their customers. the shoes are nice but not worth the price.

  • I am honestly tentative about proclaiming exactly how much I love this brand because it is my best kept secret. I literally decided to go to London one weekend because they were having a warehouse sale. I have 10+ pairs of their shoes and truly love each and every pair. They are generally edgy, but comfortable and walkable enough to keep up with a London lifestyle. This brand just perfectly enshrines the magic of footwear: they give your outfits that bit of oomf that only great shoes can.

When it comes to fit and sizing, there have been some misses, especially with strappy high heels. I sometimes prefer buying from retailers vs direct as the return policies tend to be better from US retailers. The clothes are interesting, but I just don’t think they are anywhere near as wearable as the shoes.

  • I really wanted to like these boots but they didn't live up to my expectations. First, just know that the boots might run small on you if you don't have narrow feet. I definitely would size up especially if the boot is more fitted like the Donna boots. Second, the boots wobble. I think the sole or heel is uneven so I really can't wear them. Third, if you have wide calves these might not fit you comfortably. Mine fit around my calves but they're just a bit too snug for my liking. On a positive note I will say that the leather and zipper are good quality.

  • I got the Malene boots. Loved the style but they broke with just over 6 months wear which I am so disappointed with. It cannot be repaired also, the leather fully ripped at the seam. This doesn't seem to be the first time this has happened. I am seeing reviews of boots breaking and ripping after not a lot of wear. I wish I saw these reviews before buying these. Its just not worth it. They can't withhold their promises on their website and if you call them out they will just ignore your email. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  • I have multiple items from this brand (sandals and boots) and each is crafted so well. If you have larger calfs, beware that the boots can run a little tight. Pro tip: Buy them on SSENSE during their sales! They have great customer service which makes it easier if you're not in Europe where MIISTA operates from.

  • Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of boots as a Christmas present for my wife. When she opened them she was frankly disappointed with the quality & found them very uncomfortable to wear, so I emailed Miista about a return. I was sent a returns label (and told they would charge an admin fee of £15 for a refund!), and I was asked to attach the returns label to the box, which I did, and sent them back. Yesterday I received an email telling me that although the boots have arrived back in perfect condition, the fact that I attached the returns label to the box has meant the box is "damaged" and so they will not accept the return. I have pointed out their instruction in their email to me (they now tell me what they meant is that I should have put the box inside another box, and attached the label to that), and I've even offered to pay for a new box, but they have flatly refused to compromise.

  • Do not buy from them. Terrible customer service, they don’t want to issue a refund, the want to give me a store credit! It’s 2023 almost 2024 and every single online store give you full refund and free returns, this is how you grow your e-commerce business. I emailed them several times asking for my money back but they are ignoring my email and stopped replying. Worst shopping experience ever : (

  • I have been totally scammed by Miista. Some weeks ago, I visited the Sample Sale in Amsterdam and chose an item. When I went to pay for it, I started talking with the employee about how much I love the brand and that I always attend the SS. We discussed the items I tried on, and I told her that unfortunately, I would only take that one because it was the only Medium size available, and the other small sizes didn't fit. She put my top in the bag, I paid, and left. The next day, I went on a trip and took my new item with me, which I was so excited about. However, when I tried it on at night, I discovered that the employee had given me the wrong size. I contacted Miista customer service, explaining the situation and requesting an exchange. They told me that they couldn't process the exchange. I explained that it was a mistake made by their employee, but they continued to refuse. I even offered to pay for the return shipping and suggested a voucher as an alternative. Despite my efforts, they still said no. I have already spent more than 1000 euros at Miista, and this top I bought at the Sample Sale was more than 100 euros. Yet, there has been no care for the customer and no willingness to find a solution. The emails I received from Cristina, the customer service employee, were standard copies of the same response. There was no personalized service. I repeatedly asked to speak with the employee who sold me the item, as we had a conversation for at least 10 minutes, and it was the last day of the sale. I thought that maybe she had recorded the conversation, but this request was ignored as well. I find it ridiculous that a brand with such prices would treat a long-time customer of over 3 years, who has spent the amount of money that I have, in this way. They have not provided any solution, which is essentially a 'F* you' to the customer. This experience has been extremely disappointing.
