I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Miista. The shoes I received were already damaged, despite being sold at a very high price. The quality is far below what you would expect from a brand positioning itself as premium. When I contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility, I was told about an alleged 48–72 hour window to report quality issues — a condition that is not clearly communicated during purchase and, in any case, should not override basic consumer rights. The shoes were not worn, and the damage clearly points to poor materials or manufacturing, not misuse. Suggesting that the damage could have been caused by external factors rather than addressing the actual issue felt dismissive and unprofessional. Paying a premium price for such poor quality and then being denied a proper solution is extremely frustrating. This was my first and definitely last purchase from Miista. I would not recommend this brand to anyone expecting quality that matches the price.
