LMNT earns strong reviews for genuinely improving hydration, energy, and workout recovery, though its aggressively salty taste polarizes. Reviews praise zero sugar, science-based electrolyte ratios, convenient travel-ready packets, and standout flavors like Citrus Salt, Raspberry, Watermelon, and Mango Chili, but note an often harsh saltiness, mixed reactions to chocolate and spicy varieties, and a desire for a tub format.

In my household we are very active adults that sweat a lot in the NC summers, but besides trail running our oldest son runs marathons. LMNT raspberry salt is our favorite and it works well for replacing electrolytes. Magnesium malate helps with recovery.

I think I like this electrolyte mix, but I’m still deciding. It definitely gives me a nice boost of energy before yoga, and I do notice that I feel more hydrated after drinking it. The only downside for me is that it can taste a little too salty, which makes sense since it has a higher sodium content than some other electrolyte products. Overall, I think it works well and has some great benefits, but the flavor may not be for everyone.

Im a fan! They do have a very intense and salty flavor, but I feel like they’re more effective than Liquid IV if I had to compare. The flavors are okay, but they definitely aren’t a super tasty drink. Work it for the good feeling though :)

I love LMNT and use it every single day. The flavors taste really good, and it’s one of the easiest ways for me to get the salts and electrolytes I need. I especially love it before a workout and after, when I want to feel hydrated, energized, and replenished. It’s clean, effective, and has become a non-negotiable part of my daily routine.

I drink one of these everyday and sometimes two after an extra long sauna session. Our whole family enjoys LMNT! It’s hard to pick a favorite flavor so I often buy the sample packet. However, Lemonade Salt, Citrus and Raspberry are the boxes we tend to buy on repeat! BIG fans here! Also, it makes drink boring water so easy and it’s so good for you!

I love these powder sachets, I use them every day, especially after working out, spending time in the sauna or even after a night out. I really appreciate it the fact that the formulation has no sugar and instead only contains key ingredients

I LOVE LMNT packets. As a breastfeeding mom, I drink one daily. Heads up that they are very salty. I have watermelon, raspberry and lemonade on rotation. They are my favorite electrolytes out of any I've tried (and I've tried a bunch). Customer support is fantastic as well.

My new favorite electrolytes. I love all the fruit flavors with the citrus being my favorite. I mix mine into a 40oz bottle and never find it too salty. I can definitely tell I feel better and more hydrated after using it around my workouts!

LMNT packets are easy to take on the go and work well to rehydrate. I found the flavors a little too sweet and salty, and wouldn’t recommend these packets unless you are sweating more than an average athlete. They provide a lot of salt, so if you don’t sweat enough it won’t be as beneficial.

LMNT was recommended to me by a friend. We both workout a lot, and I've found that taking LMNT does seem to help when I feel tired or exhausted post-workout. It usually takes me 2 days to use a single packet, it's very salty. I've found a half packet in a day works well enough for me.

My favorite flavor is citrus. To me, it tastes like a yellow Gatorade. I’ve recommended and gifted these to my sister, cousin and friends. I do struggle finding a cup big enough to add the recommended amount of water with each packet though.

I swear by LMNT! These tiny packets have boosted my energy (before any coffee) every morning and now are part of my daily routine. LMNT contains quality salt and electrolytes that naturally wake your brain and provide clearer focus for your day. Yes, use it whether you’ve just crushed a hard workout and drenched in sweat or as a yummy mocktail in the morning (no one is judging) or in the afternoon. My only con for this is the taste of some of the flavors - just not my preference but the citrus salt is a must!

Confession: I’m a health coach, and I hate water–boring, tasteless...yuck. And so I tried every trick in the book, from big bottles that held a day’s worth to small portable ones, I tried fancy to make it “appealing” and self-cleaning so no mold ick, I tracked on apps, and used rubber bands to count glasses Everything worked for a little while and then dehydration was back to being my best friend. Did I know better? Hell yes. Here’s the moral: keep trying until you find what works for you! I carry this powder with me all day, every day, in the car, on airplanes everywhere, and sprinkle away. At night, I crack open a bottle of the sparkling, delish. Hydration is now easy and off the list. I use watermelon salt cold and chocolate hot. Many reviewers comment it is too salty, if you put it enough water it is not salty at all!

The best electrolytes I've had to date. Zero sugar, all the right ratios, excellent support from the company with continuous opportunities for science-backed information. I packed them up into little bundles and included them in the swag bags on the latest international yoga retreat I led in Mexico! Everyone loved them and enjoyed the benefits.

I actually love these. I like the saltyness and my favorite cold mix is the mango spicy one. I also do like the chocolate and the chocolate caramel adding to my coffee each morning. I am however not sure if I really have noticed a benefit. But will keep using.

I tried the lemon habanero flavor and was pleasantly surprised! I liked the taste but thought it was a bit strong and salty, so I did not use all of the packet.

This changed our household's hydration habits. My roommate struggles with drinking enough water- she loves using her LMNT and then drinks the whole thing! The Watermelon Salt is my favorite. LMNY adds a little bit of flavor, is easy to carry, and has quality flavors.

I really enjoyed LMNT. I preferred it in a 1L bottle, and didn’t find it gave a bad aftertaste like some 0 sugar beverages. The Orange Salt was my favourite. Love that it has magnesium in it, would drink it after workout, massage, long walk, would purchase again.
Of all the hydration packets, these are the most polarizing for me. They have some unique flavors, and the good ones are very good. The ones I do not like make water consumption difficult at best. The mango chili lime and unflavored are excellent. The chocolate is like drinking sand. All of them are very salty. Proceed with caution, but also with an open mind.
I agree with a previous reviewers feedback on only using a half packet. I intermittent fast, so I think 1/2 packet is all that's allowed before you break your fast. Great after a night out or when you're dragging.
