Best of Thingtesting4.6

LMNT earns strong reviews for genuinely improving hydration, energy, and workout recovery, though its aggressively salty taste polarizes. Reviews praise zero sugar, science-based electrolyte ratios, convenient travel-ready packets, and standout flavors like Citrus Salt, Raspberry, Watermelon, and Mango Chili, but note an often harsh saltiness, mixed reactions to chocolate and spicy varieties, and a desire for a tub format.

My favorite electrolytes! Better than any other leading brands. I like that has a lot of the good stuff that really hydrates. It’s a bit salty but it’s good. I would not recommend the ice tea flavor, personally it wasn’t my favorite. The best flavor is grapefruit.

In my household we are very active adults that sweat a lot in the NC summers, but besides trail running our oldest son runs marathons. LMNT raspberry salt is our favorite and it works well for replacing electrolytes. Magnesium malate helps with recovery.

I think I like this electrolyte mix, but I’m still deciding. It definitely gives me a nice boost of energy before yoga, and I do notice that I feel more hydrated after drinking it. The only downside for me is that it can taste a little too salty, which makes sense since it has a higher sodium content than some other electrolyte products. Overall, I think it works well and has some great benefits, but the flavor may not be for everyone.

Im a fan! They do have a very intense and salty flavor, but I feel like they’re more effective than Liquid IV if I had to compare. The flavors are okay, but they definitely aren’t a super tasty drink. Work it for the good feeling though :)
