I LOVE LMNT! 

The saltiness at first is definitely an adjustment but I usually put it in a water bottle and then keep diluting it. It is a little pricer but I usually am buying other hydration options and this is a way better choice. 

I started drinking LMNT when I was traveling and it definitely cured my jet lag in one day. 

As someone with low blood pressure and who is perpetually hydrated, drinking LMNT makes me feel great, alert and more myself. 

I didn't love the spicy flavors because that's just not what I want from my hydration drinks but great for someone who wants that spicy marg feeling. 

Of all the hydration packets, these are the most polarizing for me. They have some unique flavors, and the good ones are very good. The ones I do not like make water consumption difficult at best. The mango chili lime and unflavored are excellent. The chocolate is like drinking sand. All of them are very salty. Proceed with caution, but also with an open mind. 

I am obsessed with LMNT. I first heard about it from my dietitian, and now I have spread the word to my family and friends. I drink at least one every single day, especially while traveling. I no longer have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I also think the flavors are so good - I'm partial to Citrus Salt and Orange Salt. Highly recommend getting the mixed pack to see which flavor is best to you!

Much prefer these to Liquid IV. Salt > sugar IMO. If you love a spicy drink, don't sleep on the Mango Chili flavor!

The only actual electrolyte drink where I can tell a difference! Its helped me stay hydrated and not feel like I’m dying of thirst by the end of the night. Great first thing in the morning or to drink during/after workouts. 

All the flavors are awesome, but raspberry, watermelon, and grapefruit are my favorites. 

We're big fans in our household! Hits the spot when I'm really thirsty and no extra crap. Gives me the sugar fix I need from a soda or a sports drink, but I don't have to feel guilty about it. My husband thinks salt is the hottest new thing, while I'm a little skeptical that our level of workouts actually require this kind of salt intake, but he believes! It's also really great when you're sick. And they're delicious! My fave flavor is the watermelon.

Love this - not only do they work great for a workout, they also work great for someone looking to find an alternative to a sweet beverage as they lean sweet despite having no sugar!

I am obsessed with LMNT. I love how tasty they are & the variety of flavors they have — my favorite are Raspberry, Citrus and Mango Chili!
