The hangover cure.

It tastes good. I often use it when I've had a long workout or if I have a headache. I'm not sure if it actually works but I feel like it does.

As a college student who loves to indulge every now and then these are a must. I get debilitating hangovers from stomach aches to headaches. Drinking one of these before bed has been very helpful to counteract these effects.

My job has me working sometimes 60-80 hours in a week and staying on top of drinking water is hard. This makes it a lot easier to make sure I’m staying hydrated while also tasting good! I found it’s less strong flavour wise when you put it in a bigger water bottle.

Tasted like ocean water in a white claw.

It’s okay. The flavors are super strong- not something I can drink everyday.

Although Liquid IV was the first on the powdered drink hydration game, but it has fallen short in comparison to it's competitors. The flavors are overpowering and always make my stomach hurt. I especially disliked their watermelon flavor.

Great experience overall. Some flavors are a miss. Too much added sugar in my opinion.

I enjoy the IV hydration packets, but they definitely have a salty taste to them. I personally didn’t notice a huge difference in my hydration, but I’m also always dehydrated so anything makes a difference honestly.

I’ve used Liquid IV for a while now. Not entirely sure how much it helps but I’ve drank some before and after a night out. I would be certain to wake up the next morning with a headache only to have nothing. The only thing I can put it down to use the liquid IV.

This is not only great for after a night out of drinking but if you are someone light me that gets aggressive migraine’s if you don’t drink enough water, after drinking one packet of this with my water within no time my migraine is gone and I feel a lot better

I’ve purchased Liquid IV multiple times in the past as it has really improved my health and intake of water! They come in so many flavors which has been all so good - my favorites: Strawberry and Tangerine! My boyfriend has been using this product to cope with after workout dehydration and maintaining his water levels throughout the day. As for me, I use it for hangovers and just making sure I’m hydrated on a regular hot day! I would recommend this product for anyone who is looking for flavorful taste to the water and who needs the extra intake of water during the day!

These are very tasty and I like the packaging and how easy it is to carry around in a pinch to get some vitamins and electrolytes. It has a lot more sugar than I would like given the desire to hydrate and feel healthy, so that's a little disappointing.

Flavor is fantastic and feel extra refreshed and hydrated after a workout.

I found this brand while I was pregnant and desperate for energy! I noticed such a huge difference in the days that I used liquid iv and the days that I didn’t. When I didn’t use it, I would be stuck to the couch unable to have enough energy to do anything and when I did have it I was checking everything off my to do list

Great hydration fast! Easy to pack while hiking!

Really good flavors! I like to put them into my 40oz Stanley water bottle. I guess my pro and con is the same. Pro is that much water is flavorful. Con is there’s too much in one pack so the flavor is overpowered in smaller waters.

I absolutely love liquid IV! My husband and I drink them weekly and I always feel a huge difference in my hydration and energy.

This does what it says but it felt thick to me and so salty. I wanted to like it but felt like I had to make myself drink it.

LiquidIV has saved me numerous hangovers and post-workout days. It is an overall great packet to travel with and use on the go to replenish electrolytes. I have used these for many years and will continue to buy!
