Drank this after drinking alcohol a lot from a wedding. I didn't have a hangover the next morning.

I love the convenience of these! I’ll chug one before and after drinking and it’s really helped prevent hangovers. I usually dilute with extra water since these are pretty sweet. Strawberry is my favorite flavor!

I enjoy these and purchase them from Costco, they seem to work for me. I like purchasing this way so I can test flavors before buying.

Great flavors, work great for hangovers. Because of the electrolytes, it can be difficult to drink quickly as the taste can come off a little "salty" but it is worth it in the long run.

Mentally, these are the only thing that helps with my hangovers. Do they actually work? I have NO clue!

This stuff tastes pretty good and it works great for recovery from sports or a heavy night out ;) Liquid I.V. is super easy to pack in a bag or purse and really makes sure you stay hydrated. Def recommend!

LOVE this brand. I frequently get headaches caused by dehydration, and these save the day. They almost instantly hydrate and give you energy, and I love how easy they are to carry around. I always have some in my backpacks and purses for emergencies. They also work really well for when you go out - I usually drink one before I go out and another in the morning after I wake up, and I'm good to go. Great product! Love the orange or mandarin flavor.

Effective electrolyte powder but does not have the best taste. I bought some of these to hydrate during an international trip but had trouble finishing them due to the flavor. My sister loved them, but I personally found the taste overwhelming. I got multiple flavors, but none of them were my jam, I expected it to taste like Pedialyte but found it had a heavier, almost minerally taste to it. My sister said that they were effective for hydration and energy during the long travel day.

this is the only electrolyte powder I trust. it really works and it doesn't have the thick, salty taste. lemon lime is the best flavor.

I use this before and after a night out with my friends. Keeps me hydrated throughout the day and stops me from having a nasty hangover

Omg, Liquid IV SAVED my family from heat exhaustion in Florida during July. It was miserably hot and humid but with Liquid IV, we made it around all the amusement parks! Without it, we had to end the those days short because we just physically couldn’t do it in the heat. It helped sooooo much!

This product is just not good compared to others on the market. Too much sugar, artificial bad flavors, overall disappointing. GoHydrate is much better.

I'm not crazy about the taste, but having a whole packet while traveling or after a night out is lifesaving!

I love liquid IV and swear by it for hangovers. Of course, it won’t be a miracle fix. But I really am able to notice a difference when I drink one before bed or when I wake up. I wish they had more neutral flavoring but I can’t complain.

Why did no one tell me about this sooner... I took a long break from drinking, and now that I'm back I've been getting the worst hangovers. When I went out last weekend I drank a liquid iv before I went out and again when I went home and had no hangover. My boyfriend also used it while he had a cold and felt so much better than normal.

It's okay. It's basically the same as Gatorade/Powerade but tastes worse. It's nice that it comes in a powder form though, so I'd buy this if I were going to take it with me traveling.
