I absolutely love liquid IV! It is something that I have used for many years throughout sports as well as now into my adult life. It helps you feel hydrated without giving you any jittery feeling my favorite is the lemon lime flavor!

Great for dehydration
I have been taking Liquid IV for about 3 years now at least 2-3 x weekly as apart of my regimen. I was initially put on to liquid IV by my cardiologist as I have a condition called POTS that requires lots of electrolytes. I instantly feel great once I take a liquid IV. The taste is also awesome.

I have drank the green tea flavor and personally did not like it. Also the packets are almost too much to pour into a single water bottle.

Absolutely love using liquid IV especially after a late night out. It helps me get back to hydrated in way less time than without.
A life saver! These are a must-have for any bachelorette weekends, girls trips, or late nights downtown. Apparently 28 is the year that my body decided that hangovers are going to feel like a truck ran me over, but Liquid I.V. helps curb the side effects from a night of drinking.

It's really sweet and has a ton of sugar. I'm loyal to the brand, but have started to consider alternatives that have less sugar.

Liquid IV comes in various flavors and is very easy to prepare. The hydration and electrolytes without a bunch of added sugar make it a great product to toss in the gym bag or prepare before heading to the courts. My wife is obsessed with the Strawberry flavor, although its a bit too creamy for my liking. They do a great job of masking the traditional saltiness of these types of drinks. It's one of the more expensive options but when we can buy in bulk, we do.
Have you liquid iv after a night out and this stuff SAVES! Really does make you feel better most night out/heavy drinking

I like the different flavors available. Good product
While I do like the taste of the lemon lime, and it's been good in a pinch, it has too much sugar for me to highly recommend. I prefer something like Nuun tablets that are truly electrolytes without significant added sugar.
My go to whenever I’m feeling dehydrated or hungover. Their strawberry flavor is DIVINE!

The taste was great and I genuinely felt rejuvenated (from my hangover lol) after drinking it. It’s definitely a girls trip essential for me now.
These are a nice product, I am not quite sure if they really make a huge impact but I do use them after a night out or during the summer when I am trying to keep hydrated. They also offer a lot of flavors which I nice!

As much as I’d like to see a sugar free version I really do believe this product has an amazing formulation as is.
It's a good product - I like getting the electrolytes but there's a good amount of sugar and they're very expensive for what they are in my opinion.

I've purchased at Costco, which gives a bit of savings, but generally speaking I'd rather use a different way to get my electrolytes that doesn't have sugar or require a big spend.
