Liquid I.V. earns strong reviews for fast, noticeable hydration—many users report it eases headaches, cramps, altitude fatigue, long workouts, travel dehydration, and hangovers—yet the brand draws consistent criticism for overly sweet, sometimes salty flavors and high sugar content. Reviews also praise the convenient single-serve packets, broad flavor range (notably Lemon Lime, Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Watermelon), and quick dissolving, while noting misses in some flavors, occasional graininess, and concerns about “bad” ingredients, sodium, and a few reports of gluten issues.

This was the only drink that I would stomach during my pregnancy. In the first trimester of me being pregnant I was always nauseous and barely could hold down water. I sent discovered these amazing and convenient packets. First of all it’s so easy to use you just open up the packet and add it to water. It’s perfect if you are traveling or on the go and you just don’t have time to get a drink. This took away my nausea and it made me feel so much more energized and refreshed. Now that I am on my postpartum journey I am actually incorporating these into my work outs. These help me when I’m sweating and when I am working out. I highly recommend these hydration packets.

Nothing honestly these are amazing!

This has been my hangover go-to product for a few years now. I have enjoyed most of the flavors. I really do think it helps me to re-hydrate and bounce back quickly. I also travel with these and take them on long flights and really hot beach vacations.

Tastes amazing! I love using Liquid IV when I’m exercising in the summertime to stay hydrated and feel refreshed. The lemon lime flavor is my favorite, but the watermelon is a close second. I also use Liquid IV when I am sick and the nice flavors make everything so much easier.

Honestly, I’m not sold. They market it like a healthy hydration boost, but each packet has 11g of sugar—which feels like a lot for something that’s supposed to be good for you. Yeah, it has electrolytes, but there are better options out there with way less sugar. Feels a little misleading, tbh.

Tried Liquid I.V. for the first time. Not too bad. I tried the Strawberry. Not overpowering with a sour strawberry. It is like a creamy strawberry taste. Mixes nicely into 40oz of water, and has no color just taste. Gives a nice boost to a busy day or after a workout

Great on the go solution when feeling dehydrated. Some of the flavors (Strawberry) can be too sweet. Lemon lime is the best. Individual servings, easy to take on the go.

I recently discovered Liquid I.V. drinks, and they have truly revolutionized my hydration routine. As someone who often struggles to drink enough water throughout the day, these little packets have been a game-changer. I got theses pouches a gift from a "hangover" gift bag from one of my friends while visiting Vegas. I honestly felt so much better when I drank this before and after drinking. I'm not sure if it's meant to be used for that but I definitely recommend it

I like these perfectly packaged hydration powders. When I go to the gym I will bring one mixed in my water bottle and it keeps me hydrated while also tasting amazing. The only negative I have is there is 11 grams of sugar and lots of sodium. This was showcased at Costco as a sports drink. In my opinion, it should not have so much sugar for people who are trying to be healthy. It’s definitely a better drink if you’re sick and dehydrated than for a sports drink.

I LOVE liquid IV!! I work outdoors all year and you can't afford to become dehydrated out there, liquid IV changes the game for me. Whether I was mixing up a bottle (easy) after a long day, or doing myself a midday favor to battle the heat, I always felt much better, more energised, awake, and like the heat can't beat me. Liquid IV tastes great too, my favorite flavors are definitely the golden cherry or lemonade, but every one I've tried has been great. I compared Liquid IV to other similar products before purchasing and found that they had more electrolytes and potassium, yet less sugar, dyes, etc that you don't want. It ALWAYS made me feel better, or keeps me from feeling drained and tired in the first place - in a healthy way. I totally love and support this company. Personally I'd never go a summer without it again!

Love liquid IV I don't travel without them! It seriously saved me and brought my back to life on a long travel day when you tend to get dehydrated. Super hydrating and tastes delicious and is easy to use--packets are great to throw into any bag. My carry-on bag essential now!

This is literally the best product out there for workout recovery or festival recovery. I would bring this to all of my music festivals and have one every morning before I spend 12 hours out in the sun sweating and dancing around. I also do crossfit and love to use it after a sweaty workout. It tastes great and it's super easy to just add to a shaker bottle with water. Add more water if you don't want a sweet taste.

Must have for anytime when feeling dehydrated. Also, I carry extra packs when traveling as I feel I don't drink enough water on the go. My go to flavor is lime. I got a few family members hooked on it during summer and helped them so much when feeling dehydrated.

Me and my family loved the flavors. I like the fact that it is made with clean ingredients. I struggle to drink water so this would definitely help me with hydration. I had this while being sick and felt so much better after drinking. Must to have at home in first aid kit. I would love to take this on our hiking trip.

I first heard about Liquid I.V. from an online article a couple of years ago. As I'm always on the search for an electrolyte drinks, figured I would give it a try. What I love about this one above the others is that I don't feel heavy after drinking it. Honestly it feels like my whole body gets a boost after drinking this and I don't get that from other electrolyte drinks. One day I over did it while working in the yard on a hot summer day. My friend gave me her last Liquid I.V. which really saved me. Passion fruit is my favorite flavor.

I’ve used and stay with this amazing electrolyte mix, I use often especially after working all day and working out. Using all energy up and this helps replace the hydration! Tasty to

I love Liquid IV to boost hydration on hikes and camping trips, out and about, after a night of drinking, or when I’m just not feeling that well. The flavors are great and I can tell a difference in my body

I have tried several of these and I love the idea of extra hydration. However, I don't understand why there is so much sodium/salt in their formula. I'm sure it's great for really young people, but it's not really great for the older generation. Sodium can cause swelling and fluid retention, therefore anyone with high blood pressure or heart problems shouldn't drink it. This is just my opinion based on personal history of HBP and I think anyone with these health issues should ask their physicians before consuming. Plain water is the best hydration option in my opinion.

Just recently purchased Yuzu Pineapple energy multiplier. I like the flavor and it not only provides you with hydration it gives you a major boost of energy! It contains coffeeberry energy extract which is a natural source of caffeine. Its comparable to 2 8oz cups of coffee. Great quality and taste.
