I drink as much as I can before a night out and it truly is a hangover cure! Less dehydrated, groggy, and brain-foggy after a night of drinking.

Some flavors are better than other. Packaging can be difficult to open. But does feel like it makes a difference in hydrating - definitely a step above plain water.

Dont love Liquid I.V. I feel like there is way too much sugar in them and they dont work really. Ive friend them multiple times but I just feel like they dont work great for me.

I use their caffeine packets and love them! They provide instant energy and are easy to take on the go while hiking.

Tastes good. I have difficulty forcing myself to drink enough fluids and frequently find myself dehydrated and dizzy when I stand up. While this does not increase fluid volume, it does help balance electrolytes and decrease dizziness.

Best hangover recovery! Not the best taste but totally manageable when you need a recovery boost!

If you like to be a feral club rat like me, Liquid IV has saved me too many times on hungover mornings! The packets are REALLY sweet and do contain a lot of sugar, but I'll say it's the only thing that's been able to effectively make me feel better like a shot of liquid iv ;)

I love all their flavors! They are great for when you need a boost in hydration.

Love to have this in my backpack/ purse! I go hiking a lot so these really come in handy!

extraordinarily expensive, no unsweetened version?

My partner and I couldn't go back to any other electrolyte drink mixes after trying liquid IV. The lemon lime is our favorite. My only thing would be I wish these came in a more sustainable packaging because the one time use packets is a bit wasteful. It's expensive for us so we haven't been able to get it often but when we do, it's well worth it knowing we're getting electrolytes in and consuming more water.

A classic hydration drink tool. Pretty expensive, though, and very salty! I would skip and favor a cheaper alternative - it's likely just as good.

I look forward to an ice cold liquid IV after a hard workout or day in the sun but prefer the yellow and pink flavor, I do not love the purple.

eh. the flavors are good but i don’t know if i really feel any more hydrated than drinking regular water. i tried these instead of children’s pedialyte and can’t say they work any better. slightly more sophisticated though

There is way too much sugar in one of these packs. I've switched over to LMNT and Ultima which I like a lot

I don’t love the taste but they are helpful when sweating a lot.

One of the best hydrations I’ve ever tried. These are an essential for me in the summer. I prefer them with cold water because I’ve never been a fan of any sort of electrolyte drink taste but these aren’t that bad. Truly do work, I feel a lot more alive after having one!

Love them! Guava is my favorite flavor. The only thing is that I wish it was slightly less sweet.

Great product perfect for getting all the necessary requirements during a grueling day of physical activity of any kind of after a night out just before bed and also when you wake up. Super easy to use and carrry
