One of the best hydrations I’ve ever tried. These are an essential for me in the summer. I prefer them with cold water because I’ve never been a fan of any sort of electrolyte drink taste but these aren’t that bad. Truly do work, I feel a lot more alive after having one!

Love them! Guava is my favorite flavor. The only thing is that I wish it was slightly less sweet.

Great product perfect for getting all the necessary requirements during a grueling day of physical activity of any kind of after a night out just before bed and also when you wake up. Super easy to use and carrry

This is a necessity before and after a night out drinking. I drink one before having any alcohol and drink one after coming home! I feel significantly less groggy the morning after. The flavors are super tasty but I will say, they are a little bit more salty than other electrolytes I've tried.

I love Liquid I.V. the flavors are amazing and the electrolytes keep me from passing out during workouts. The only drawback is they are a little pricy per stick.

Love the portability of these single serve packs and the depth of flavor they add! Definitely felt hydrating and satisfying!

I love liquid IV! It honestly taste soo good, like lemonade. We always buy they for our work photoshoots to keep everyone hydrated and they are my favorite! Also, super good to drink either before or after a night out!

I used to really like Liquid IV but after competitors came out with different versions, i find that i prefer brands like DripDrop because they taste significantly better and do not have that salty taste.

Genuinely helps with hydration and tastes great!

Loved experimenting with this product, I have been looking to replace various sugary electrolyte drinks for quite some time during a recovery morning!

I carry these around with me on days I feel I need a little extra hydration or before a night out. Love the golden cherry and passion fruit flavors. I recently seen they have sugar free versions but I wish they had a lite version that cut the sweetness without using artificial sweeteners.

I wish these had been around when I was still in college 🙃 Pros: Does exactly what it claims to do! I always take them before drinking (even just one or two drinks) and I can tell a huge difference in how I feel the next day. I always drink one of these before/after a flight as well and find I no longer feel exhausted after travel. Cons: A bit expensive, and a little too much sugar. I have to use one packet with a full Stanley cup of water to dilute the sugary taste. Overall, will continue to repurchase unless I can find a better alternative!

The flavor of these mixes are ok. Also, they work well if you are someone who dehydrates easily or suffers from migraines. However, I have been unable to get rid of the grainy taste / mouthfeel. There is always a ton of sediment at the bottom of the glass. I don't have this issue with my preferred electrolyte mixes.

I think it’s a bit too expensive and uses more of the Placebo effect than really working. I love the taste, packaging, and the thought that it makes me feel more hydrated. However, the price is definitely a bit too high for me. That’s really my only complaint though! Otherwise, great product.

I love the concept, but unless you buy the new specific sugar free pack, the amount of sugar in the packets is much higher than competitors.

I am a mom to boys who are college athletes. Along the way, I stsrted looking for ways to make sure they were hydrated at those long brutally hot summer tournaments. You know the ones! Liquid IV is the favorite product I have found. It was easy to bring to all sorts of sporting events and you can tuck it into their gear bag or yours! I now regularly ship them Liquid IV at college and they love it. So many flavors and it doesn’t taste chalky so they actually like drinking it. It’s also great for when you are feeling under the weather and want to make sure your body has what it needs in terms of hydration. Would recommend.

Works and tastes great. This got my husband and son through a mission trip in the jungle. Kept them properly hydrated, It's a little pricey compared to other brands, but I buy them on sale at Costco. More affordable than many sports energy drinks and you're preventing must more waste by mixing your own drinks, not to mention the ingredients are FAR better than most sports drinks! When you compare what you are paying for what you are getting, it's a better value to go with Liquid IV.

The amount of sugar in these defeated the purpose for me. However, I see that they just released a no-sugar option which I cannot wait to try!

Liquid IV is great to keep on hand. It makes you feel better when you are dragging.
