A coworker introduced these to me. He swears by them, but I did not enjoy the flavor.

A little too much sugar for my liking, and a little overpriced. Taste is sweet but refreshing for each of the flavors I’ve tried

My husband and I both enjoy Liquid IV especially during the summer time. Working outside drains our electrolytes and being dehydrated in the Mississippi heat is brutal. Liquid IV helps us prevent dehydration!!

I absolutely love liquid iv. I find it hard for a variety of personal reasons to stay hydrated enough which ends up with me feeling pretty terrible some days. I keep a couple bottles of already mixed liquid iv on the fridge for those occasions and can feel the difference pretty quickly. I love the innovation and what they're trying to do. It definitely hydrates you quickly and easily. The earlier formula is a bit on the salty side for taste which...not a shock. But the 2.0 formula has none of that and with such a variety of flavors, everyone can find one they love.

Love the taste, but I am not a fan of how much sugar they add to it.

Everyone who knows me knows I love liquid IV so much. Having a liquid IV after a day or night of drinking before bed is key. this is the only thing that prevents my hangovers every single time!!!

I like this product, just wish it was sugar free! LMNT is my favorite electrolyte.

I love these so much. I have a hard time staying hydrated and taking care of health! BUT these make me feel I’m on top of the world a super woman!

A little too much sugar for me usually but I need to try the sugar free option! The variety of flavors is great and I like most of them (lemon lime and passionfruit being my favorite).

I absolutely love Liquid IV! It has truly been such a life saver. I started using after I was feeling faint at a festival, and I never felt bad afterwards. Sadly, I haven't been the biggest fan of all the flavors, but that may simply be personal preference. However, it is extremely important to note that Liquid IV is working to help change the world. Not only are they bringing attention to the problem of water access, they are providing Liquid IV to humanitarian relief projects, healthcare professionals and homeless shelters. They are truly making a difference not only to me, but the whole world.

Perfect after a night out or if you feel dehydrated in the heat!! Def recommend for daily use or to take on a trip

this is perfect after a night out or just to get some hydration during the day! i had them at my birthday event and it was definitely a big hit!

Often used as a cocktail mixer…..tastes amazing, refreshing and transportable! Wish there was less sugar!

Love that it’s not super sweet and actually feels like it helps more than chugging bottles of water! Way better than Gatorade or other sports drinks and helps me actually chug water.

Works great for those with low electrolytes or needs a boosting after a night out. Quickly gets your body back to normal. Not my favorite taste but gets the work done and you feel much better after drinking it

I love the flavors and this helps me not get a hangover !!

The concept of this is great I just haven’t personally found a flavor I enjoy drinking. I have a lot of friends who love it but it just isn’t for me. I love that Costco sells it in bulk.
