With all my 4 kids in sport and living in the south where it feels like you are swimming on the surface of the sun this is a must in our health arsenal! They love the flavor and it keeps them going when things get though!

Liquid IV has come out with an impressive range of flavors. I like to drink the tangerine hydration multiplier with immune support, especially when it's cold season. However, I do think their price points are too high, which is why I gave them three stars.

Liquid IV has been my hangover cure for many years now. The effectiveness of this product is pretty good, however I don’t love all the additives they put in. There are many new brands out there that provide the same electrolytes without all the extra sugar/chemicals.

Have been loyal to this product, does the job re: hydration. Love the OG flavor and the orange, but not so much the others. Only real concern is the amount of sugar.

Prefer LMNT. But the new sugar free is ok

LiquidIV is my go to not because it's my favorite but because it's very accessible and I know it works for hydration. I will say it's not the cheapest hydration multiplier and the original flavors have a loooot of sugar. I'm glad they have sugar free versions that I'm going to be trying!

Delicious taste! It noticeably helps with hydration after a hard workout or a long night out.

This has been one of the hottest summers on record. No matter how much water I drink, I feel dehydrated. Which is why I decided to try these packers. They taste great and I finally feel hydrated after consuming one of these packets. I helps me keep a positive mood too!

I love these! and prefer them over other options. passion fruit anything is my jam so that’s what i buy. i need to try more flavors!

Honestly dont know that this cures a hangover (they don't advertise this but thats how people talk about it) but when I feel like nothing is actually making that endlessly thirsty feeling go away, liquid IV helps. It feels like my body is actually absorbing the water. There's a lot of work to be done on the flavoring but that's not really the point of the product.

Liquid IV helps me stay hydrated and feel good thorughout my day, especially after my workouts! The passion fruit flavor is my favorite.

Pleasant and mild taste. Felt refreshed after drinking, though this may just be because it was a big glass of water.

My absolute go-to before a night out for drinks. Normally, I don't go for stuff like this, but as I'm getting older, I want to ensure I feel great the day after drinking. This has been a lifesaver for me. I recently went clubbing for three consecutive days, and I made it a routine to have this before heading out. It made me feel like a superhero. It's definitely my top choice, especially when served with ice.

As someone who gets headaches easily, hangovers, or just simply not drinking enough water throughout the day. Liquid I.V. is my lifesaver. I always make sure to have a Liquid I.V. or two in my bag(s) with me. I love having a Liquid I.V. before bed and first thing in the morning.
