Great for when you are needing a little hydration boost!

Being someone who often falls short on water intake, Liquid IV consistently proves to be a lifesaver, particularly on days filled with travel. Its compact size makes it incredibly convenient to pack. While I'm a fan of the tangerine flavor, I must admit that some of the other flavors tend to have a more artificial taste. Additionally, it's worth noting that the sugar content is on the higher side, prompting me to limit myself to no more than one pack a day!

I think it does its job, and the flavors for me didn't taste sickening. I'm not quite sure if I've noticed a benefit in my body, but it certainly helps me remember to drink water.

I am a huge fan of Liquid IV and its variety of flavors. They are super convenient for when you are out and about or playing sports. Definitely recommend to those looking for electrolytes.

I love Liquid IV. I think this product is so effective at hydrating me and making me feel great. I think the single use packages are great for taking on the go. I would love to see them expand into a larger container that prevents waste.

These are great for boosting hydration and replacing lost electrolytes, but my issue is with some of the flavors. The lemon-lime especially tastes just like GoLytely, which I have an extreme negative association with. The slightly salty finish of each flavor reminds me of drinking colonoscopy prep. I wish the flavors were a bit punchier to hide that salty tang.

I wanted to like this so much but I just can't. I have tried several flavors and they are all worse then the next. The chemical taste is immediate but also lingering long after. I couldn't even drink these despite spending all the money. They are expensive and taste bad!

Every flavor is tasty! These are great to pack on trips, or use after a night out.

This stuff tastes amazing but it has a lot of sugar, which knocks it down in value in my book.

The lemon-lime flavor saved me after food poisoning. It was the only thing I could drink for a full 24 hours and definitely helped me feel better, faster. Haven't tried another electrolyte mix that I've liked quite as much!

I honestly don’t notice the difference in how hydrated i feel

Very sweet & hard to blend in a glass of water without a frother.

I love the variety of flavors they offer and feel more hydrated after drinking them. I do wish they were a little less sweet.

I have a ton of friends who absolutely love this brand. Personally, I found the product to just be okay. I was not a huge fan of the taste but it was sometimes useful to help water go down easier during a hangover. There are other products on the market that work similarly and that are cheaper that I would rather purchase.

Incredibly hydrating! Really excellent to use during workouts and especially when sick. The strawberry flavor tastes just like the pink starburst. Much healthier than powerade or gatorade.

The secret weapon to curing hangovers. Seriously. Try it. Doesn’t taste like pure salt. Wont make you want to throw up. I’ve tried several other brands and I find myself going back to liquid IV every time I need a hydration boost.

Big fan of liquid IV products. Compared to other brands their variety of flavors are pretty great across the board. Great for a hangover or anytime you’re feeling dehydrated. I do generally water down the packets more than the recommended though as I sometimes find they are really strong. Big fan of the yuzu pineapple energy one the most!
