Liquid I.V. reviews and discussion

I don't love this stuff. I wanted to love it, but it tastes rather "chemical-ly" and a bit salty. Par for the course, I guess, for electrolyte drinks, but I was hoping this one would be different. I will say that when you dilute it more than they suggest, it's not bad.

These are decent! My doc told me to get more electrolytes and this does the trick. I don’t like how heavy the Liquid IV feels, almost a little syrupy. But I don’t think you can get around that with electrolyte drinks. They’re all kinda like that. As far as flavor goes, it’s pretty good!

I tried their sugar free lemon lime mix, and I loved the taste and appreciated it being sugar free. Didn't taste artificial and was super refreshing. I wasn't sure if I was more hydrated vs. drinking plain water, however, but would probably drink more water overall with the mix as it tasted good!

Love LiquidIV! It’s really great when you’re sick or dehydrated to get those extra electrolytes in.

I have POTS and Liquid IV has been a lifesaver. I love the convenience of the individually packaged servings, adding it to my water helps immensely with managing and relieving my symptoms.

Works well but tastes way too sweet. Coated my teeth.

I thought it was extremely sweet and had to double the amount of water needed.

I really enjoy the taste of liquid IV, but it has to be the right flavor. Since the taste is so salty, I've found I really only enjoy the lemon lime flavor - the others seem to be an odd mix with the salty flavor for me. I honestly can't tell whether or not I feel more hydrated after drinking it, but it tastes good :)

I absolutely love Liquid I.V., it's my go-to for any activity. It's the perfect amount of flavor, without being too overbearing. It's on the pricier side of drink mixes, but 100% worth it.

It’s a great product. Took off a “star” as it’s rather sugary and expensive.

I love Liquid IV and have one a day, usually when I get to work or when I wake up. (I'm not a coffee drinker.) My favorite flavors are Passion Fruit, Golden Cherry, Lemon Lime and Strawberry. I stick with the basics; I've tried the ginger flavor with some added benefit for a little extra cost and didn't care for it. I do feel slightly more hydrated after drinking one and they taste good and make me want to drink water. *Personally if I drink more than one a day they can cause stomach upset.

As someone that really only drinks water and the occasional tea or lemonade, I really love the strawberry liquid IV when I want to switch up my beverage!

Great flavors! Strawberry is my favorite! The only downfall I have is that it is hard to mix in a 16 oz. bottle. Not all the powder dissolves immediately after shaking it up in water. However, it does not deter me from purchasing this product again.

Tastes gross, impractical to use

It keeps you hydrated, from my experience, but it is full of sugar and kind of pricey! Better, healthier alternatives are out there!

Amazing electrolytes, especially living in Colorado with the dryness and altitude!!

Used this when I was sick and it did wonders for keeping me hydrated! I usually would reach for electrolyte drinks but this makes it so much easier to store and keep handy in case of emergencies!

I love the liquid IV flavors and the convenience. The packets are easy for on the go, and relatively inexpensive. It would be great if they came out with a few more sugar free flavors.

It didn’t wow me but it also didn’t disappoint. I think it is on the sweet side but I enjoy sweet tasting things. I would try it again but, I think it’s a bit expensive.
