Liquid I.V. earns strong reviews for fast, noticeable hydration—especially after workouts, heat, travel, or a night out—while convenient single-serve packets and broad flavor variety (standouts include Lemon Lime, Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Watermelon, Golden Cherry) make it easy to use. Reviews also flag consistent drawbacks: many flavors taste overly sweet or salty, some feel thick or artificial, and the added sugar and sodium (with a newer sugar‑free line noted) are frequent concerns; mixing can clump and flavor hit-or-miss. Overall, the brand is effective but polarizing on taste and ingredients.

These Liquid IVs are my go to nowadays during long exercises in the summer months to keep me hydrated. Love the lemon flavour.
Good product. I tried many flavors and my favorite is lemon ginger. It tastes a better than other products

Very practical, but not very tasty.
It does the job but the taste is always off. It's salty. I do understand that you need salt to penetrate the water barrier to make a better hydration drink. It just reminds me of the hydration packs that you would give out to people in 3rd world counties. I know this product definitely does its job, and fast. I just wish it tasted a little better.
I enjoy liquid and the taste is amazing!
Tastes good and hydrated me well
The different flavors that Liquid I.V. sells and creates always sound so yummy but they always seem to have a weird taste and flavor to them. I feel that they don't really suit my taste buds but I do enjoy the fact that they are full of electrolytes and keeps me hydrated.
Great hangover cure! Also great to keep around for sick kids!
LOVE this product - definitely the best before and after a night of drinking or before an intense cardio session. I do think the flavor of these can be quite sweet - so I'll typically mix half in a full water bottle and then mix the rest in a second bottle. No complaints as it helps me get in more hydration but I feel if I put one packet in a water bottle it's just way too flavorful. I do feel like this product dissolves way faster than other hydration powders - it's not chalky or hard to drink at all. I enjoy trying new flavors of this whenever announced!
I bought liquid iv in the hopes of faster hydration. I don't personally notice any difference than regular water flavor powders. I don't love the taste and for other hydrators I prefer drip drop which doesn't have the slight salty flavor to it
As someone who leads an active lifestyle, staying hydrated is paramount for me. After hearing rave reviews about Liquid IV, I decided to give it a try, and I'm thrilled to say it exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, the taste is fantastic. I opted for the Lemon Lime flavor, and it's incredibly refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial. It's the kind of drink you actually look forward to consuming, which is a big plus when you're trying to up your hydration game. But what truly sets Liquid IV apart is its efficacy. With just one serving mixed into a bottle of water, I noticed a significant improvement in my hydration levels. Whether I'm hiking for hours or powering through a gym session, I feel more energized and hydrated than ever before. The added bonus of electrolytes ensures that I'm not just drinking water but replenishing essential nutrients lost through sweat.
I bought these to pack in my hospital bag to replenish electrolytes during labor and delivery. I tried one out beforehand to make sure I'd like it, and it was fine enough but pretty sweet. I had a hard time finishing a whole serving. Overall, I like that they have a large variety of flavor options and that it's certainly drinkable, but it's not going to be something I reach for on a regular basis. I also thought it was a bit pricey.

I often take Liquid IV mixes on hikes in the summer when I am prone to getting dehydrated. They work really well and are pretty tasty! I just wish they didn't have stevia.
Thee tastiest way to get better hydration! I never thought it could be so good but boy was I wrong. I’ve been on a health kick, trying to get better and one of the hardest things to cut out was my relationship to sprite and with the lemon lime flavor of liquid iv in my water made it so I didn’t have to cut it out! Because the lemon lime tastes just like it. I felt a whole lot better drinking - even with the first sip my body felt 10x more refreshed than ever before. Liquid I’ve had truely become a pantry staple. All the flavors are super tasty but you know which is my favorite ☺️

Too sweet and syrupy for my taste. I end up having to water it down. The high price point turns me off. I like NUUN better.
i love the taste and literally when i was quite sick, these help me stay hydrated and maybe get better sooner? but anyhow, the taste is really good and the product works well but the only thing is that they’re a bit sweet in my opinion

I’m all for upping hydration game and liquid I.v. Comes with so many options. When I’m sick or hungover or just crave a flavored water, it’s delicious without being too sweet, and the powder does fully dissolve. Worth the price.

Liquid IV is my go-to after a hike or a workout.Filled with electrolytes which provides immense hydration.
Great for when you are needing a little hydration boost!
Being someone who often falls short on water intake, Liquid IV consistently proves to be a lifesaver, particularly on days filled with travel. Its compact size makes it incredibly convenient to pack. While I'm a fan of the tangerine flavor, I must admit that some of the other flavors tend to have a more artificial taste. Additionally, it's worth noting that the sugar content is on the higher side, prompting me to limit myself to no more than one pack a day!
