Easy portable hydration! I’ve had this when I’m sick or dehydrated or even have headaches or hangovers. It brings immediate relief and hydration. Not too sweet or sugary either.

It was good however it is a little too sweet for me. There is a taste that I don’t really like and can’t get over. However, I do feel extremely hydrated after taking these.

I like it but it taste very salty and I can’t drink the full packet unless it is in the 64oz. To dilute the salt

I noticed a difference after drinking these but the lemon lime flavor was not it. I ended up giving it to family who love this stuff.

I didn’t really notice or feel a difference in using the product. I also think it has more sugar than it needs. I enjoyed the the variety of flavors they were delicious and easy to drink.

I love Liquid IV I use it after my runs to stay hydrated. Great to bring on the go

Whenever I know that I will be drinking I make sure to drink these right before I go out and when I get back. I truly feel like it helps prevent my hangovers. My husband enjoys these for days when he didn’t get enough to alter intake he feels like these give him an extra boost of hydration.

Helps me a lot with hydration when flying. I like the flavors that i’ve tried, and i love the convenience of powder form.

The only cure to a hangover I know to be true. I use one packet with my 32oz hydro flask and I’m fixed. I get really bad hangovers and I’ve tried a lot of different cures but this is the only thing I know to work. Also really great for everyday for those of us who forget to drink water.

hangover cure period. the taste is amazing (you need to mix with a lot of water though) and i swear i feel rejuvenated immediately after i drink this stuff

As a college student, Liquid I.V. is definitely a staple in my house. I do not use it daily because a package is pricy, but they are really great for those rough mornings and when I go on long hikes/ strenuous activities.

These do the job in hydrating you in a pinch (great for travel), but they are just too sweet for my liking. Feels like it might be overloading sugar.

I like the product because it gets me to drink more water, but I'm not sure it actually "multiplies" my hydration. From looking at the ingredients it seems like a lot of sugar. But, I love the Watermelon flavor.

Like the ease and convenience of these single serve packets of electrolytes, great for traveling, work, or any other busy life events. I do feel like they are a bit pricey however and rarely find them on sale at most stores,

These by far are my favorite hydration packets. They don't have that overly salty taste and are very refreshing I haven't had on e flavor I have not liked. They are so easy for on the go even the box is small enough to fit in you purse.They really work too on my hardest outside workday They kept me from crashing out and let me finish what I was doing.

Great flavors and the small packs are easy to carry around. I generally use these at conventions with a refillable water bottle. really helps in staying hydrated.
