These are so easy to carry around and definitely come in handy! I mix them in my water bottle and it helps with the headaches/migraines that I semi-regularly get. The lemon flavor is a bit chalky, but the other flavors are great.

Just a crucial add to any long-weekend trip. Solid flavor, but more importantly genuinely feels like it helps rehydrate.

I love that I can find your product in the middle of a small mountain town when I need it the most. It's saved me on many alpinism occasions. I wouldn't say it was groundbreaking flavor or any different than another electrolyte drink or pack. Great overall but nothing special.

This really came in clutch when we’re active outdoors and need electrolytes immediately. Our family is quite active and it’s nice to optimize your water drinking. Some flavors are easier to down than others. Strawberry has been one of our favorites but green tea might be one of our least favorite. The individual packets are easier to store when we’re on the go especially for hikes.

I use these if I know I'm going to have a long day, a night out or feeling dehydrated. The lemon lime flavor is good. Easy to pack on trips or if you're on the go!

Liquid I.V. is my go to whenever I feel a headache coming on, at the end of a 12 hour shift where I didn't drink water, or when I need a boost of energy but don't want coffee. The flavors are great alone or combined (hydrating + energy packs). Travel friendly as well.

This product is legit part of my daily life. I live in an extremely dry climate no matter the season and this really helps supplement my daily water intake. The flavors are delicious - the strawberry is my favorite! Also, super helpful when you are active and need a little electrolyte replenishment.

These don’t really seem to work for me & are super sugary. There’s just a lot of extra added sugar and unhealthy things that aren’t necessary when there’s so many natural alternatives

Delicious, good electrolyte replacement without all the sugar of Gatorade or other products. Feels relatively cheaper compared to Nuun products.

I don't think these work as well on me as with others. They help to keep you hydrated after a night out, however I don't love the taste as they're a bit sweet for my liking.

My favorite thing to throw in a bag on my way to the gym or a class. Great variety of flavors and they’re always adding more.

Tried this a few times on and off through the years. I first started using this to help with any day after hangovers. I did not really notice much of a difference and it actually made me more nauseous when I drank it. After time had passed, I was told it works if you drink it in between drinking. I guess it worked better, but only because you were still drinking water in between drinks.

A great way to get some vitamins and many electrolytes in. I take these several times a week to avoid getting run down. They make a difference in my hot yoga practice so I can really tell in this instance. One thing to note is they are a bit sweet and that isn’t the best sometimes.

Can't live without Liquid IV! Especially when I travel, consume alcohol, or those days when I'm feeling under the weather. Hydration is a remedy to common symptoms in your day to day, and Liquid IV comes it handy!

After a night out, liquid IV is the only thing that revives me. I always feel so much better!
