  • I’ve tried many flavors of Liquid IV both sugared and sugar free. I did not care for the sugar free version. Grape, Strawberry, and Passion Fruit are my favorites. I tend to drink more water when I’m using Liquid-IV however it is my understanding that unless you’re sweating buckets it’s best not to use this as a flavor enhancer as your electrolytes can be thrown out of whack. It dissolves much easier than the tablet form of electrolytes. I drink it with my creatine supplement when working out.

  • This is a great flavor! I work out a lot, I jog around 3 miles a day and lose a lot of electrolytes so I need to rehydrate with something other than Gatorade. I like that there is a lot of powder for your water so you don't drink something boring. I was wondering why this brand does not have magnesium in it while other hydration powders do. Either way, it's still fun to drink. I will definitely try more flavors :)

  • These taste amazing! Definitely one of my favorites since finding sugar free. The original were delicious but after a few boxes, I felt bloated and everything just tasted sweet. Finding sugar free, gives me the sweet but no overwhelming sweet while feeling hydrated.

  • Using LiquidIV is a game changer. In the summer temperatures and high heat, I often feel dehydrated and adding LiquidIV to my water is an instant change of how my body feels. I keep extras packets in my purse everywhere I go. And all the flavor choices gives a nice variety and change!

  • I like to add a package to my bottle water daily. It helps to keep me hydrated and the taste is great. It’s really refreshing and an easy way to get some essential vitamins. The packaging makes it convenient to take some on the go.

  • I bought these to help keep my daughter as hydrated as possible before she would go in for infusions at the children’s hospital for a bone disease. She would drink one pack the night before and one the morning of her infusion and it would make the IV placement go so smoothly. There had been times where it took 2 - 3 attempts and pretty stressful. Since adding Liquid IV it’s been a breeze. It’s a life saver and I will always have this in our kitchen!

  • It definitely gets the job done! I get dehydrated pretty easily and when I do it's nice to have these on-hand. Like others have noted, however, they are VERY sweet. I've remedied this by only using half of the packet, and it works just as fine. As a note to potential buyers, though: do not drink this every day but rather as-needed. As it is an electrolyte supplement, it has a high sodium content by design and can stress out your kidneys if taken in excess. Not a doctor, just a conscious consumer. Still, it is a very good product and is perfect for those who struggle with dehydration like me.

  • Love the liquid IV products. All of the flavors are great and never taste artificial. Typically I'll dilute it to about half the suggested strength to avoid it tasting too syrupy. I usually buy the larger packs and then will use them for everything from a night out to long travel recovery.

  • Liquid IV is on an automatic shipment into my mailbox for two flavors: cotton candy and strawberry. While I love all of the flavors (except guava) these two flavors are amazing. The instructions are to mix into 16 ounces of water, but I prefer about 20 ounces so it is not as sweet. I keep a bag of the packets with me at work, and I also carry two or three in my bag just in case. These come in handy when I am dragging trough the day and sluggish. Sometimes a quick hydration boost helps to perk me up. The automatic shipment provides a great discount and free shipping, but Costco also has good sales on select flavors of Liquid IV a few times per year.

  • I’ve known about this brand for a while but never had a chance to try it until now. After finally trying it, I have to say it wasn’t really for me. I found it a bit too sweet, even after diluting it with water. When I added more water to tone down the sweetness, the flavor ended up being too weak and not very enjoyable. Overall, it just didn’t hit the right balance for my taste.

Received a free product from Liquid I.V.
  • I bought a pack of these for a girls' trip (hello hangovers!) But, they have become a must-have for my yoga tote. After an hour long power yoga class, in a heated room, water alone is NOT gonna cut it. I absolutely feel tons more rejuvenated and hydrated after dumping this in my water bottle. Such an easy way to boost recovery.

  • I am obsessed with the Seaberry flavor, it is so refreshing and delicious. This has great mineral support and is my favorite way to get them in. I use this in the morning and sets me up to feel great all day!

  • I am obsessed with this Hydration Multiplier Electrolyte, this grape flavor is delicious and has great health benefits. It helps my headaches and is great to use while working out to replenish electrolytes, I definitely recommend this!

  • Liquid I.V. delivers fast hydration with great taste. It’s convenient, effective after workouts or long days, and helps recover quicker. A must-have on hot days or travel! The flavors are super tasty too.

  • Daily user of liquid IV. I really only use half a pack in a water bottle bc it is pretty flavorful. A little goes a long way. I find I drink a lot more water with just a touch of flavor. Love strawberry, lemon lime, passion fruit, and tropical fruit

  • Good overall for hydration however I do think the flavors can get old pretty quickly. The non sugar flavors are better than the sugar free but have more sugar than I would want day to day in a drink. Excited by their bulk offering that is coming out to reduce waste.

  • Whenever I’m feeling dehydrated, this is my go to! I literally see and feel the difference in a couple of hours. This helps so much, my lips are less chapped, my skin looks better, my headaches are better. I won’t solve all your problems, but it helps you fee better when you forget to drink as much as you should be.

  • Hydration Multiplier Sugar Free is a convenient electrolyte drink mix that helps you hydrate faster than plain water, especially after workouts, travel, or heat exposure. It’s sugar-free and works well, but the taste can feel a bit sweet or artificial for some people. Best used when you actually need hydration support, not as a daily drink.

  • This sugar free multiplier ( I prefer the blackberry lemonade) is great for on the go people. I am able to pour this in my water and give my intake a supercharge while not tacking on needless calories yet still having something that tastes good so that I meet my hydration goals.

  • Works fast. Tastes good.
