I am obsessed with the Seaberry flavor, it is so refreshing and delicious. This has great mineral support and is my favorite way to get them in. I use this in the morning and sets me up to feel great all day!

I am obsessed with this Hydration Multiplier Electrolyte, this grape flavor is delicious and has great health benefits. It helps my headaches and is great to use while working out to replenish electrolytes, I definitely recommend this!

Daily user of liquid IV. I really only use half a pack in a water bottle bc it is pretty flavorful. A little goes a long way. I find I drink a lot more water with just a touch of flavor. Love strawberry, lemon lime, passion fruit, and tropical fruit

Good overall for hydration however I do think the flavors can get old pretty quickly. The non sugar flavors are better than the sugar free but have more sugar than I would want day to day in a drink. Excited by their bulk offering that is coming out to reduce waste.

The artificial flavors are a no go!

This sugar free multiplier ( I prefer the blackberry lemonade) is great for on the go people. I am able to pour this in my water and give my intake a supercharge while not tacking on needless calories yet still having something that tastes good so that I meet my hydration goals.

Works fast. Tastes good.

I get these on the regular. They are easy and convenient to carry a few packets in my bag, purse or car. They come in great flavors and taste yummy. Keeps me hydrated and easy way to keep me sipping through out the day.

A friend who is a park ranger told me about this product. So glad they did! I am always in the edge of dehydration and this product is a lifesaver. The tart, slightly salty flavor is delicious. Mixes easily. A treat I look forward to,

I like the flavour of Liquid IV, they really do help me to drink more water. What i did not realise was how much sugar is in them!!! For a hydration drink it really is not necessary to be so sugary. For this reason i moved onto other brands.

Liquid I.V. Adult and kids is a quick electrolyte powder pack to be dissolved in water. It does contain stevia a silicone dioxide, if you’re concerned about either one. Otherwise it works fast and we use it when practicing for marathons.

These liquid IVs are so yummy and helpful with keeping myself hydrated. Especially when I’m traveling. I throw them in my bag so I can easily add it to my water bottle when I’m on the road. I can’t wait to try them all!

I'm kind of indifferent about LiquidIV, I find it a bit pricy compared to other options, and while I don't really know the efficacy compared to others, my struggle with LiquidIV is the intensity of the sweetness. I can barely finish a packet in a huge glass of water so I often only have half a packet, or I have to drink two giant cups of water (I guess this isnt the worst thing lol) Flavours are nice, I like the Golden Cherry and Passionfruit and we only ever buy them in the big bag from Costco (In canada) or out and about on vacation.

Great flavor and super convenient. Great for overall hydration but also after a long night out or after any workout or strenuous activity. Super easy way to rapidly rehydrate. Use all the time when I travel

This is a pretty good hydration product. A bit too much sweetness and flavor for my taste. But it’s good if you have a big jug of water. I like the lemon lime flavor the best! It dissolves almost clear which I prefer!

LiquidIV is still my favorite endurance electrolyte supplement if I know I'm going to be in the heat, whether I'm cycling or hiking. 1 packet is enough for my two-liter hydration bladder, and I still prefer it over the other competitors in this space. My only complaint is that I wish they offered a lower-sugar option. The flavors are great, and I LOVE how potent the singular packets are. I absolutely recommend that you dilute it in a larger volume of water.

I am a big fan of liquid IV. I’m not an everyday user, but love to have them in the pantry for when I feel like it would benefit me (hot day, lots of exercise, beach day, day drinking). There’s some great flavors that I love and then others that I probably won’t get again. Also great that it’s so accessible - I get them at my grocery store, CVS, Costco, etc

I strongly strongly dislike the taste of salt. That's a big deal breaker on most of these electrolyte drinks. BUT the Cotton Candy flavor is my life saver! I refuse to run out of these and carry a few sticks in my car and backpack just in case. They are not overly sweet either which I love. I don't notice a difference in taste between pink and blue so that doesn't matter to me. I have these bad boys on subscription refill monthly that's how good they are!

Not my favorite electrolyte brand! I find both the regular and sugar free flavors to be entirely too sweet + artificial tasting. Quite expensive compared to other brands. However, it's nice that you can find these in most stores so I will buy out of convenience - these have saved me while traveling!
